Neighbors A/C

This is a firm you want to use if you like companies that show up on time and care about the work they do. We bought a new home from Toll Bros. and soon noticed moisture emitting from our ceiling. Neighbors can in and resealed all the ducts, replaced the faulty plenum and replaced a too-small AC unit with a wonderfully efficient multi speed unit. We have been problem-free for nearly 4 years...we highly recommend Neighbors.

Last weekend my 83 year old aunt called to tell me her a/c wasn't working. With temperatures soaring above 95 degrees, I was concerned not only about her general discomfort but the stress extend exposure to heat could cause on her heart. I had worked with Neighbors in the past so I gave them a call. Niki at the office immediately shared her concern and promised to get someone out ASAP. Within a few hours a tech, Chris was with my aunt. He followed every COVID protocol and with kindness and professionalism addressed the problem - all on a Saturday no less. Chris advised that he could get the unit up and working but it would take another day. Promising to personally return early the next morning (important that he realized the importance of not having my aunt have to deal with a new person and mitigate her exposure to someone new) he did in fact return early Sunday morning and within a short time she was cool and comfortable. At a time in our lives when we are all stressed and dealing with a new way of living, the service and thoughtfulness provided by Neighbors reminded me that there are still quality companies with amazing team members that put people first.

Been using Neighbors for many years; they always seem to figure out the problem and service everything else while they're at it. Always on time, pleasant and professional.

Danny arrived on time during the appointment window. He did an excellent job diagnosing our system. The system was cleaned and serviced. He worked efficiently and completed everything in a couple hours.

We have been customers now going on 16 years back when they replaced our old A/C unit with an American Standard, Now 15 years later we have found ourselves in a pinch needing a new unit. we called for a price that was a thousand dollars less then I expected to pay bench-marking on what my neighbors paid recently for a comparable unit of 4 tons with a 16 SER rating. Also with the COVID situation units are not as readily available and they provided us a portable unit to keep us comfortable at night until the new unit arrived. To sum it up Service, Value and Customer Care, It like having a good neighbor in the A/C business. Thanks Rebecca to you and the team.

Neighbors AC is the best AC company in South Florida. We use them all the time at our Association and they are always on time and provide 5 Star service. They go above and beyond and are so considerate. They wear protective plastic booties over their shoes when they walk through the house to make sure not to track dirt in. Very professional and outstanding service. Highly recommend.

Hi I was surprised that they respond the same day in few hours after my call. In the middle of July, very professional tech solve the problem in minutes, give us few tips and desinfect the unit. From now on this is my AC neighbor. Thanks again.

We called them while they were opening for the day, and within 20 minutes they were here, and knew what they were doing; did it quickly and neatly and carefully and well. Please use Neighbors for all of your Air Cond problems..We purchased a new unit from them in 2016 and their service and professionalism and staff has always been the best and very prompt..Never have they left us stranded in the heat...
