Neighbors A/C

I was very disappointed in the service . They did not do what I requested , they made sure to come while I was at work and bill me for Freon when I told them I do not want Freon in advance since there is a leak . I needed to find the leak and seal it otherwise the Freon would leak out. It’s common sense. They didn’t care about what I said and choose to ignore what the customer wanted.

Neighbors A/C has been a big assistance for me -- especially considering I have a compressor unit on the bottom floor of a high rise condo building. They are always responsive and detailed in their work and analysis.

Always there when they are needed. Techs seem highly trained and professional! Always willing to work with the customer! Having duct work done by them soon so that will be the real test. Glad I’m a customer of theirs!

WORST AC COMPANY IN SOUTH FLORIDA.........I've had them out to fix my AC unit probably more than 15 times in 2 years! Its always a temporary fix, they never seem to fix anything that will last longer than 30 days. Total joke - Technicians obviously do not have enough experience or are trained well enough.

I have been using Neighbors A/C for both an installation and service of my three A/C units. Knowledgeable, customer oriented and cost effective. They always go beyond what/\'s expected.
