Excellent Service! Called them at 10:00am and they were able to come on the same day an hour later. Repaired a faulty capacitor on my condenser unit on the spot.

Good experience with Jay, Brian, and the install crew Felix and Adrian. This is a well run and responsive business. I liked when they notified you that someone was on the way they included a picture of the person, so we knew who was coming. The install crew also did a good job of cleaning up when the job was done.
I would definitely recommend Alan's for your AC issues!

Thank you to Alan's Air for taking care of my air conditioning and heating needs. Jay who came to give me the estimate was absolutely a pleasure to speak and work with, he also made sure that my house would stay cool until my new unit could be installed in just two days. Service guy was very nice and professional. However, the fee was double what I paid with other AC services. I had the AC installed in September 2021, had it serviced in August 2022 and when it stopped working this week (June 2023) they said they had to charge more because I didn't sign up for annual maintenance. I have found another service provider for half the fee.

Alan's replaced my old a/c last week. It was an American Standard system that Alan installed 25 years ago. I figured he'd installed a quality system then so I had better give them a crack on a new one. I got other quotes and Alan's was in the same ballpark as those but Alan's quote included much higher quality equipment. The install crew they sent was awesome. Very professional. Neat and tidy looking install. Left no mess. I don't know Alan personally but I know someone who does. He recommended Alan to me 25 years ago saying he's the most trustworthy in the industry. After two dealings with them, I believe he was right! I would recommend you check with Alan's if you're in need of a/c work.

Alan's AC installed a whole new system in our house a few years ago. At that time, they used subcontractors to do some of their installations. The subcontractor who did the installation did not properly angle the drain lines for the evaporator coil which resulted in the system to overflow. The cut off switch was also not angled properly to allow the water to reach a high enough level to activate the switch and turn the system off if necessary.

Fast forward to last month during heavy AC use. During my monthly maintenance of the system, I discovered the system overflowed which caused water damage to our walls, baseboards, and flooring. Alan's AC came out to identify and correct the installation. They raised the unit to allow it to properly drain and enable the cut off switch to activate in case of a back up.

The most stressful and concerning part of this situation was addressing the damage to the flooring which runs throughout a large portion of our residence. I worked with Josh to try and find replacement flooring without success. In the end, the owner (Brian) agreed to replace the flooring throughout our home with similar flooring.

While I do not wish for this type of situation on anyone, Alan's AC identified their faults and made us whole. They acted with integrity and never tried to cast blame to us. I was told they stopped subcontracting their installations and do everything in house nowadays.

Everyone I interacted with during this ordeal was professional, polite, and understanding. Josh, Mr. Alan, Trace, Jake, Braxton, second Josh, and a couple others (I can't recall all their names right now) were great to work with. I do not normally write reviews, but I felt it was necessary in this case. Obviously it would been great to never had this problem occur in the first place, but it was great dealing with a company who accepted responsibility and repaired the problem at a significant cost to themselves.

Our AC went out and I called at 6:15 pm and a technician was here in the alloted time he said he would be. He was very thorough and kind. He even went out of his way to call to use the warranty that was still left on our unit. We will definitely be using Alan's again. Jay was extremely helpful and got our air back on in about 45 min. Thank you so much!!

I called Alan's to assess my ac unit due to it had stopped working. The problem was the capacitor needed replacing, a $25 to $35 part. The replacement requires three wires be unplugged and the new capacitor plugged back in. Alan's quoted $330 for this 15 min part swap. I went to a supply house adid it myself for $34. WOW!!! Be careful!!!! The service person was excellent no problem with him just the price gouging!!!!!

Our A/C went out late last evening. I called Alan's first thing this morning, and they sent Jay out to repair our problem asap. Jay explained what was wrong and what was needed to repair the problem. He had everything up and running in no time, and the price was very reasonable. My whole family has been using Alan's for over 15 years, because they know what they're doing and are very trustworthy.
