Really Professional Cooling

We had an issue with our A/C a while back - my husband called RPC and Ryan came out right away and got it fixed. It's now been over 6 months and we have not had any issues since. He did let us know that it needed to be replaced sometime in the future but wasn't pushy like the last company (I won't name). Ryan wanted to help, not just sell us something. When it comes time to replace we will definitely be calling RPC! He even let my husband hoover over him and ask a million questions. Very professional and family minded.

I told him what my situation was over the phone (at 7:30 in the morning) and he told me exactly what it was and how to fix it. He didn’t ask for any payment he was just happy to help. Ryan & his excellent team of dedicated & knowledgeable professionals have just completed the 4th AC installation for us. RPC came highly recommended by a mutual connection, but we still had others come out to provide quotes. RPC quickly became the front runner with explanations by Ryan, along with a competitive bid. Of the 4 units, only 1 was a standard replacement, 2 were moved from the attic down into a closet or the garage; when builders put those AC units in the attic they definitely didn't consult old ladies with bad knees!! The last AC was a completely new installation in an older home, & despite the challenges, the RPC team made the job look like any other. They always leave every property completely free of any debris from their work, a service many shrug off. Another huge plus, Ryan always checks in a week or two to make sure all is well, no issues or questions; anything of concern, someone is right there, assessing the entire system. They stand behind their work & it shows!

I have three rental properties that RPC services. I also use RPC for my personal residential property as well.

RPC is such a great company! Great, professional people. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable of every aspect of what we needed. I would definitely recommend RPC to anyone.

Really great service! Would recommend

Called at 4 PM - job completed by 6 PM. The owner Ryan arrived at my home and went straight to work. Replaced 2 parts, repaired burnt wiring, checked freon, and had us up in running in record time - all for under $300.00. He explained each part to me in detail along with the cost to replace it. Gave the options when he could and shook my hand and thanked me for choosing him before leaving. This is my new go to AC company.

Installing units in a preschool is very challenging. Ryan and his crew were very considerate about the licensing rules we have to follow and very patient with the times when we slowed their work. They are professionals!
