Recently had RPC do a total replacement of our AC system and they did an awesome job!!! From start to finish - Ryan was very attentive at helping to design the exact system that we wanted, including addressing concerns associated with being close to the Bay and sea air, air quality inside our home and achieving our cooling needs with a system that literally we cannot even hear whether it is on or not - quiet as a mouse:) Timmy, Stephen and Chris installed the system and they were outstanding professionals. They totally knew what they were doing, stayed on task, were very respectful, personable, happy, easy to talk to all around great guys. They kept every area that they worked within uber-clean and tidy and were happy to answer any questions and give us plenty of information of each step of the installation process. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Truly "really professional cooling" experts. The system works perfectly, was installed efficiently and neatly and follow-up was fantastic by Ryan to make sure that everything went well and that we were satisfied. Great job - couldn't be happier. Five stars aren't enough to describe our outstanding experience:)

Ryan and his team are amazing. They did our new unit a few years back. Last night (Friday night) we had issues with it not working. Ryan answered right away and within the hour Mark had our AC fixed. Great company and awesome service.
