The service tech, Angel, was superb and did a great job. He was very courteous and keep us informed throughout the service.
We did experience scheduling issues. Our appointment was not scheduled as coordinated so i had to call and set up for a time later un the day.This is the second time this has happened.
I am a combat wounded disabled vet and I will never recommend these people to my veteran groups after screwing me over like this: Our A/C stopped cooling sometime last night, so I called them this morning and a nice lady said that a man would be here today. I called again after lunch and that nice lady said the tech was in Longwood (we are South in Conway) but he would get to us today. We missed a later call from the tech, but in the VM he said he would come as he worked down his list. We called the tech back tonight to check again and were told that he was done for today... I understand, late, busy day, but we could have used the 11 hour wait to contact other repair companies if only they had advised us that they really weren't going to fit us in today. After sweating through the entire day in waiting for Westbrook, I am somewhat annoyed, especially as I told them the a/c IS NOT WORKING; it is over 90 deg in the house. I now am trying to find a better company to come tonight or tomorrow early.
Wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to our Service Tech - Terrance. We are long time Westbrook Comfort Club customer's and our a/c heater suddenly stopped working last night. Brrrr... Customer Service was able to schedule us quickly for a service call. Terrance arrived right on time, quickly identified the problem, resolved our issue and got the house nice and toasty in no time!! Terrance double checked to make sure that all of our systems were working properly and we also had a great conversation along the way. Thanks again to everyone at Westbrook for all of their assistance. Much appreciated!!
Westbrook no longer installs HVAC systems for residential clients. My installation occurred in May of 2015. I purchased a Trane system with the 10 years parts and service warranty offered by Westbrook, not the manufacturer. The service call this month was the first time I sought warranty work. I couldn't locate my warranty but warranty dept agreed to retrieve it from long term storage 2 weeks ago. Despite subsequent calls, I've never received the information As a result, I paid out of pocket for repairs. The original system cost $6600, no small amount to heat and cool a 1700 sq ft home in 2015. At the time, Westbrook provided the warranty valued at $800 with the unit I purchased. Therefore, it's likely that I am amoung a number of consumers who bought a more expensive product because it included this valuable extra benefit.
Westbrook has the best customer service I have experienced. Mike performed the work on our house and I couldn't be happier. He was well informed, honest, and fast. I will definitely use Westbrook (and preferably Mike) again!
Barry was able to successfully get our hot water working to our complete satisfaction. We had been unhappy with the tankless hot water system since we bought the house 2 years ago. He changed the system and now it works perfectly. THANK YOU!!!!
We had a brand new system installed in July 2018. Westbrook has moved away from residential which would be fine if they had referred us to a competent company to handle our warranty repair. The system has totally stopped working and the company they referred us to wants to charge us for the repair. It's only been 7 months since it's been installed. Maybe they got out of residential because they knew something was up? This is unreal. #prisoner
The representative quickly diagnosed the problem (bad fan motor), called the office to check for the warranty information (covered), installed the new motor (from his truck), and tested the system for cooling. He also did the annual maintenance check which was scheduled for the following week. No complaints. Good service call.
Requested service online at 7 AM on a Tuesday by 8:40 AM I had not been called back so I gave them a call on the phone. (How many people were ahead of me at 7 AM that they couldn't contact me within an hour and a half?) I was told that they would try to get someone out that afternoon but they could not honor the warranty on my 7 year old unit because I had not had maintenance done on the unit in the past 2 years (I didn't even ask about the warranty!). First you DON'T contact me in a timely manner, then I get shuffled to later in the day and oh by the way you will be paying full price because you didn't pay us to come out and check your unit every year! NOT great customer service! I called another big company in the area, they had someone out here by 10:30 AM! and I am on my way to air conditioning again.
Tech was knowledgeable and professional. Detected the issue quickly with the utility companies equipment and repaired it. The gas utility company didn't even try to repair or test their own equipment when we called them to report smelling gas. They just sent someone and shut off the gas to our home and as it turned out it was their own equipment that was the problem costing us unnecessary expense of hundreds of dollars. Good marks to Westbrook very poor marks to Teco Peoples Gas.
