I have never dealt with a less knowledge group of people in my entire life. After replacing my entire A/C unit, I still have no A/C. There is always another part that needs to be replaced. I have paid for an entire new unit, and then replaced every major part to that new unit, and I still have no A/C.
The last time they came out, I was told that my heating was broken and needed a $1000 part. Mind you, it was 95 degrees outside and I called them because the cooling didn't work. They really have no clue.
Even after having so many issues, they continue to send rookies to my house. Whatever you do, stay away from this company.
It was a very positive experience. The technician, Ramsys Rodriguez was not only able to find the source of our problem, but in a very efficient way solve it. He was pleasant, respectful and very professional.
Westbrook dispatched (very pleasant office to speak with) a Tech the same day. Their Tech, Chad provided a quick diagnosis, yet thorough servicing and repair (part replacement) of our A/C. His advice and expertise were appreciated - Thanks!
Angel arrived on time, was such a gentleman, explaining what he was checking, potential problems and solutions and in general did an excellent job. It was a pleasure to have such a kind, efficient representative of Westbrook in our home.

Extremely poor response from the AC unit service side. We called TWICE in reference to service to our AC unit after business hours, both times a different operator recorded our contact information but we NEVER received a call in return. NEVER. The following morning a person was "scheduled" to come out to service at 8:19am but after waiting the entire day for someone to service the AC unit no one ever arrived. No phone call. No notice provided. I called the business again prior to the close of business hours to inquire about our service stays and no one answered. Extremely disappointed. Extremely disappointed.
Remodeled our kitchen requiring plumbing and the addition of gas into the home for kitchen appliances as well as new tankless-gas hot water heater and a gas clothes dryer. Jay (First name Waylon) Jones was more than we could have asked for. We had an electrician, countertop-installer, as well as a cabinet contractor for the project and by far Jay was the most professional and knowledgeable. He needs a promotion and raise.
We have used Westbrook for many service calls for our orlando property management company. We found their service to be good and for a licensed contractor their prices are reasonable and acceptable. They have an emergency service for after hours calls which is very useful.
To make the house more energy efficient, I called Westbrook to come out and give me a quote on replacing my 40+ year old ductwork. I was requesting a metal duct trunkline for the two main runs in the attic, and flexible ducts for all the outlets and returns. We settled on the metal ductwork and one flex return.
The day the truck arrived to do the work, they started unloading the ductwork. No metal ducting for the trunklines! I asked why no metal, and was told that wasn't what they were given. When I showed the signed contract for the metal, they said they needed to call the office. The office said they would send someone out to look at the situation. A man came out, walked through the attic, came down and said he would call me.
The call came and they told me it can't be done. I said but we have a signed contract. What does a signed contract mean? They didn't return any calls in the future, and stated they just can't do what the contract says.
So they don't deserve any stars for not standing by their word, and contract. The one star is because the note can not be posted if no stars are selected. Good luck using Westbrook and what they stand for.
I called the company on Friday and got an appointment on the coming Monday to look at the leaking shower. I didn't get any call on Monday. I called Tuesday and was told that someone was working on an estimate and that it will be a substantial amount. Wednesday, I spoke to a supervisor and he says the tech didn't know what is wrong and have to send another person to look at it. It is not my business to know how they run their company, but I will never recommend this company to anybody.
