Promag provides top service their technician Chris B. came for service Monday and he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He did an excellent job on cleaning and maintenance of our A/C system . Chris explained each service as he worked on it and made you trust him. The operation Manager is Brie she cares for each customer and always tries to go above and beyond to help . What a great company and great employees. This company wants to charge me 2700 to replace the coil outside. I understand needing to charge for labor on a warranty job and I am good with that, but they have at least an 1800% markup on freon. That is just plain robbery. If that is their markup for freon, I cant imagine what their markup is for everything else they "sell".
I will go without AC before I let someone rip me off like that!

Had a great experience with ProMag Energy Group! I had reported an issue with my AC Unit and within hours someone was out to inspect my house. After identifying the issue, they had two technicians (Will and Jean) out within less than an hour to fix and replace my entire unit. Both Will and Jean were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They worked extremely hard and were able to fix everything in a timely manor. Will and Jean were so easy going and really showed that they care about their job and their quality of work. After they had fixed and replaced the entire unit they had thanked us and were so helpful. I would highly recommend Will and Jean for future projects!

I had my AC unit dismantled and a brand new Tran System installed on 2/2018. I have nothing but great things to say about the amazing service received by ProMag Energy.

Today 6/6/2023, Franklin and Rolando came to clean out some mold and install a UV Ventilation system. The work done was beyond my expectation. The entire staff was fantastic. Our sales rep Christy was fantastic. Our installers Jean and Will were wonderful. And Fred our technician was great. I've worked with Fred for years and he is wonderful. If you need an A/C company I highly recommend ProMag. You won't be disappointed.

Jean and Will arrived on scene to a difficult situation. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job given the circumstances. James was the initial tech and diagnosed the issue quickly. Jean and Will arrived to correct the situation. Very impressed with them.

Pro mag did not fully install our hvac system and their customer service is trash very rude and couldn't care less about what they were paid to to provide. I do not recommend them for anything, total rip-off!!
