I called on a Thursday night at 8pm with a no cool issue. They had an emergency tech to my house in 1 hour! The tech was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide a fair repair estimate. Great service!

Called asked to check system told them there may be problem with new thermostat and system not cooling.

Technician? Came out for 95$ service call glanced at thermostat then checked system told I was low on Freon and then he said I have a leak. System under 2 years old and in warranty for parts. Quotes me price of $3000.00 to replace a warranty condenser. Told them no don’t do that next day and they claim now that I owe 700$ for them doing essentially nothing as that day I went and got a cheap thermostat to replace myself and problem solved. So for want of a 30$ thermostat this fraudulent company attempted to make a 3000$ sale fixing something that isn’t broken.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have been using Promag for going on 10 years now and they have always taken great care me and my AC system. They installed it almost 10 years ago and have been doing the maintenance on it once or twice a year since then. I recommend Promag because of my positive experience with the company. I have always had a great experience with their techs and the last few checkups have been by Jeff and he's always friendly and professional. If you're looking for a company that deals with HVAC systems, I highly recommend Promag.

Had Jeff come out today to service my account system. He gave me options on replacement due to it being over 20 years old and was very professional. Very pleased with service. Thanks again

My AC went out on Tuesday night. I called at 8:00 AM the next morning. Fred was here by noon after receiving a call to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and knowledgable.
We decided on a new system and by 7 PM Wednesday evening we were cooling down.
