Alex was very helpful and efficient, understanding my problem and prompt to suggest a solution. Technician Orlando arrived as expected, explained what he would do to repair my nasty coolant pipe leak, set to work and the repair was completed in short order, the charges explained clearly and were reasonable. Very impressed. Orlando was wonderful! 😄

Had Local AC here for the first time for routine service and maintenance. Technician Adam was very thorough and carefully went over my (older) system. There were some minor maintenance issues to address which Adam took care of on the spot.

I choose local AC to do my project and I was very satisfied from everything.
The installation looks very professional and clean. The AC unit work very good and my electric bill decreased dramatically as promised!

They were real quick to come out and make the system work long enough to get paid. Then when it stopped cooling a week later say I need 2200 in repairs or a new unit. Could have just actually found the problem the first time and not billed me 500. Best believe I won't be a returning customer.
