Local AC

Arrival was 8 hours later than original window given to us because Peter in the office is a liar. We were billed and harassed for payment by the owner before work was even completed. We were supposed to get called with updates and never did. We had to call and follow up multiple times and the office either lied or didn’t know what was going on. Terrance the tech was amazing and did the right thing by us, but I would never use this company again because the office staff and owner are liars and do not to the right thing but their customers

HORRIBLE SERVICE. WARNING DO NOT USE.
The owner GIVANNI is the only worker for the company. WARNING he does not know how to do anything regarding air conditioning. He had some guys install my AC then my AC kept leaking into my filter. Then my drain line clogged up. He never answers right away. He never gives you a time of arrival. He shows up late into the night to do his work and complains he is tired. He yelled at me when he is confused about what to do regarding his job. He charged me 225 for a 2 minute home visit to unclog my drain line which hours later was clogged again. My AC kept having problems and shutting down. I had another AC company come days after when my AC was acting up again and they were shocked at how it has not caused worse problems due
to how poorly it was installed and how bad the clogging was. He is horrible. He does not know how to operate a successful business nor provide decent customer service. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING.

I found this company online and it looks like they have a good reputation, after working with then on my condo I can see why!
I called them after business hours and they still were able to come on the same day! Omar the technician was very polite and knowledgeable, and he fixed the issue in less then an hour. I thought it’s going to cost me an arm and a leg but the price was surprisingly low.
I am glad I found them and keep using them in the future👍👍👍

Everyone I interacted with was really friendly. The price to replace my AC unit was competitively cheaper than other businesses I called. The technician came out the night before to make sure there would be no surprises with replacement/installation of AC unit. Communication was great, and timely. I really appreciated my experience with this company, and will continue to do business in the future.

We had a great experience. We had a non emergency on a Sunday night. They had someone out at 8am the next morning. He left by 8:39 with a fixed unit. Of course, the speed was lucky due to what needed fixing, but the service man was very professional and quick and didn't complain about my very friendly dog. They sent the invoice via email and payment was online and very easy. I would use this company again.

My AC unit was vibrating the house when it turns on. They couldn't find what the problem was, the technician said it was good on refrigerant and it was blowing perfectly, but can't seems to find the problem. They offered to sell me a new unit, because the one I have was getting old, which could be the problem they say. I told the technician and the guy on the phone that sends the technician to my house, that I can't do that now because I just bought this house and I'm fixing other things inside first. They charge me $125 which I paid.
The next day I went to Stockbridge, GA. for a week, the day I got back to Clermont, FL., I was hit by the heat at the door. I called the company and I got the same guy, with the African or Haitian accent that I spoke with before, he told me that he gonna send a technician over the next day. I stayed at a hotel that night.
The next day no technician showed up, I called back and still no technician. 3 days later I finally got back the same guy on the phone, and he talk to me as if it was the first time we ever spoke in his life. That felt so degrading, we spoke for a moment and then his final respond was , "if you want your AC to get top up, you'll have to pay for refrigerant". Now remember, they were the last and only company to work on the unit for me. They know the level of my refrigerant before the service check up and after, now he's accusing me of trying to get some free refrigerant. It was so childish and disrespectful, he was even laughing at me on the phone, the way he treats me as a customer was so disrespectful. I just wish I had recorded that call so everyone could understand what I went through.
My neighbors told me that that's what they do to get you to buy a new AC unit from them and that they'll come back to your home and sabotage your unit too.
It's a sad situation what most people have to be dealing with, because someone is working on commission for sales, they'll do what it takes to make more money, so sad.

Installation went well an satisfied. HOWEVER after Installation there service dept is without a doubt the worst. On many tries to change the thermostat they never showed an never called saying they could not make it. After many calls with David I finally decided to have a different company complete the work. Price an Installation was very good .After the sale on service is terrible. I would not use or recommend there services again .

Alex was professional and responsive! James came out to do the estimate and he was friendly knowledgable and super patient with my million questions! Andy came and installed my unit in a very timely manner, worked hard and cleaned up after himself! Great Company, super professional, very competitive pricing.

Our AC went out on a Sunday evening around 8:00 pm. I called Local AC expecting to leave a message and the owner picked up the line. He was very friendly and told me that he could have someone out here in the am. The gentleman that showed up Luther, was super nice, very knowledgeable and professional. He had us up and running in under an hour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting great service, knowledgeable technicians, and fair pricing.

I had booked them with website and got contact by the company right away. Even though I were scheduled to have someone come over couple days after, they send Adam Samuel (technician) within couple hours. Adam not even diagnosed the issue, he fixed it right away and I had my ac running in no time. Totally recommend their services. He also mentioned that if for any reason within 30 days I see the issue again, they will come fix it with no additional charge.
