Local AC

I called this company today to come check why my air conditioner was down.
We set an appointment for 3 and the guy came on time.
Turned out my thermostat was broken.
The guy change and install the new thermostat.
Looks like he did a very good job and the price was fair as well.
In the past I had some bad experience with AC companies but this company looks like a professional and honest company.

Pete was a very nice person, ran a new wire cost total of 325.00 left , hour or so later No heat! Same issue! Had a electrician come found it was the electrical box itself. Was screwed out of 325.00! Never again. Hire someone local and why are reviews all done a week ago?

Unfortunately, my experience with this company is about as poor as it gets. I was having an issue with there being no AC coming out of the vent in my bathroom and my bedroom not cooling properly. These people sent out their tech who told me there was an issue with ALL the vents in my house and they would seal them all and that would fix the issue. I agreed to the quoted price of $225 plus the $75 appointment fee only to find out that they only sealed 1 vent (in my bedroom) and that wasn't at all the problem for the bathroom but instead I needed a whole new duct. They wanted to charge me another $545 to replace that. When I tried to resolve the situation stating that they lied about the scope of work that was needed, I was told that they do not quote a price per vent, but instead they do it by job and they "fixed the problem". When I disagreed, their GM told me that I had no reason to be unhappy and that I was just trying to avoid paying them, and that I was mad because their tech couldn't speak English well. When I tried to talk to someone else from the company, instead of letting me speak with someone, they had the same guy call me again. This company might have low prices but they clearly like to inflate the scope of work to get more money out of you. Go with someone more reputable who doesn't tell their customers that they're bad customers who are just trying to get out of paying.

Called and they showed up within 2 hours, and after 7pm. Edem took about 45 minutes to fix the AC. Price was exactly as I expected since I've had many AC repair people show up in the past. I will definitely use these guys again!!

Orlando the tech was very kind, He diagnosed the issue fast and well, he explain me about the issue very patiently and make sure i understand everything before making any decision. Job done well as far as i can tell and the price was less then i expected. I will use this company in the future.

Really liked Adam. He found the leak that the other company couldn't find. He didnt mind that I stood over his shoulder asking questions.
He explained everything before making repairs....definitely, will be calling him again.

From the second they told me that the service call is only $35, and it’s deductible within the repair, I know that the price will not be too high.
The tech changed the thermostat that was broken and explain me everything he’s doing.
The price was fair like I expected.
If I’ll have a problem with my AC in the future I would definitely give these guys a call again!

William did a great job. Provided service superior to any other a.c. company I have ever called. Strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great a.c. man. I could not be more satisfied with the work performed at a reasonable cost.

Was quoted $145 for service call on a Sunday. The technician came out really fast which was great. Then the price climbed to $345 when he arrived. Told him I was not interested in getting scammed. Will cLl someone else.

Highly recommend! I had just a basic maintenance service to make sure my AC system was ready for the summer. Got the typical arrival between 8 AM and 10 AM timeframe notice and Adam showed up at 8:05 AM! On memorial day of all things… Pretty fantastic. Highly recommend!!
