Local AC

I have a few properties in orlando and Local AC is my guys for any HVAC issue or project.
I had about 6-7 repair jobs with them.
In every single time they arriving on time, solving the problem, doing everything professionally and charging me a reasonable price.
I highly recommend on Local AC!!

Got to the house check the system everything was normal just a little low on freon. That was all I asked if would be posible that the thermostat was defective he said that was posible and quoted me $245.00 for replacing thermostat. Non long after that system stop working . I have to call another company to take care of the problem.

Matt and his helper, from Express Air were outstanding. I will definitely recommend them and use them again. First Class Co. and was a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you guys very much!

A/C needed to be serviced for not blowing cold air (been having 90-95 degree days), went on Home Advisor to find a service technician that was rated and recommended. I was contacted by Adam with local AC, who said that they could be out same day, early afternoon. Appointment was changed by Local AC stating they were delayed on a job, and would need to bump our appointment. No big deal, we agreed, even though this would then push the service appointment into the evening.

We changed plans to wait for the new time frame. After 6 pm, and no technician, no call and no show, we were told “we will be there when we are done with the job we are on”, no time frame this time.

Called a different contractor to come out first thing in the morning, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.. there won’t be a third time....

Adam came out on a Sunday to make repairs to my ac unit that stopped working. He replaced the capacitor and tested the system. He did find an electrical problem in the wall which required an electrician to run new lines to unit. After the electrician completed Adam returned to test the ac system and found everything was running correctly.

Had an emergency came out same day and stayed till problem was resolved. Also worked with me on options since was Christmas and money was tight. Highly recommend and will definitely be my AC company from here on out

They sent James to come by here in Ocoee and let me tell you how amazing it was. It was very professional, he knew what he was doing and went above and beyond to get my ac up and running. I am now a loyal customer for life. My whole family thank you guys
