Joe was Great and sent out a technician that was on time. Knew what he was doing and finished in a timely manner.

Action air did an install yesterday for me and the 3 men were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and easy to work with. I would recommend them to everyone.

These losers are good at dropping the ball and screwing people around. Untrustworthy liars that will do anything except the job. Won't answer phone calls or return them. Joe is a complete looser and you shouldn't trust any employees. License should be revoked. Should have a negative 5 rating.

I've used them before and they were great, but today they just wasted my time by pushing the appointment up. I postponed important meetings in order to be home for the the tech. Very pissed off!!! I hope they read these messages.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. In speaking with one of the owners "Joe" he was very condescending and when stated I will spread the word of his horrible customer service he said " go ahead and spread it like butter". I wish I would've known this years ago before I spent thousands of dollars. Buyer beware!

Scheduled an appointment and they cancelled on me last min. So I can’t really say if they actually provide good service.

They replaced my AC unit in a timely fashion and did a wonderful job.

Very happy with all the services performed. Will recommend it anytime
