We called 3 days ago for service due to our AC being out. We have pre paid for their warranty coverage as they installed the system for us a little over two years ago. We were told when we called we would receive a call back from the service manager to schedule a appointment. We also reached out and left a message for one of the owners of the company the same night. We never received any replies from anyone in this company. They left us with no AC and not honoring their $ 500 warranty we paid for. We had to receive and pay for service out of pocket from another company due to their negligence in responding to a customer. Very dissatisfied with them at this point.
We used Action Air to replace a air handler in a home I had just purchased. They did a great job and were affordable. Never fun making major home repairs before making that first mortgage payment.
We enrolled in their annual service contract. Last week had been our second inspection for the AC unit under this contract. They sent out one of their top technicians and he did a through job.
During our two weeks of winter, we had been using the heat in our home, which happened to be during his visit. Less than 4 days after his inspection and approval that our AC was in great condition... It stopped working.
Action air sent the same technician back out very quickly and is was quickly determined that a mistake had been made and our unit was without frion... It was an accident on the part of the technician. I was for sure that this company would try to find a reason that this was our fault or say something else was broken just to avoid ownership. However, it was the complete opposite. The technician called his boss and admired fault and the owner said we have to make this right.
They service over $600 in frion and two ours with of technician time to pressure test the frion lines all at their expense. I am thankful we decided to use a company with these values and we will continue to recommend them to our friends.

We set an appointment for 8-10 AM however, the evening before the appointment I received a call from Joe that he has to reschedule my appointment because another job ran late that was not complete and they would have to finish up that job first thing in the morning, which would have been the time slot for my appointment . He offered me a time for later in the day or the following day , I took the following day. He then stated they would be there first thing between 8-9AM. The appointment time comes around and I didn’t receive a call so I called about 9:45 AM and was told by Joe that he did not tell me that they would come out between 8-9AM, he said he told me 9-11 because that’s what he has written down. I stated to him that’s not what he told me, he then proceeded to tell me I should find someone else for the job because he can no longer do anything for me, in a very rude and unprofessional tone. I would never do business with a place or people like this Who are not honest and have no good customer service or value for the customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone... horrible experience!!!
Action Air of Florida saves the day! They were very quick to come out to save us from the heat. Quick fix with thorough explanation. Always reasonably priced and honest in regards to what type of work I will need. I highly recommend you call for any of your air conditioning needs!

About five years ago, we had an air handler in an awkward location that needed to be repaired and the service technician worked all day to de-install, repair and re-install the handler.
I've needed AC help twice and both times they've come through for me.
The owner doesn’t like interactive communication, just you listen to the “law” and speak when he says go. He doesn’t admit when his logic is flawed. If you point out an inconsistency in his rationale, he goes abrupt silence for about 15 seconds.
He claims 25 years superiority about AC, but blames you when he doesn’t know major aspects of your system. As a result, you might pay for an extra trip, but it will work right.
Financing is complicated, which causes a few days of delay in payment. Once again, your fault you lowly sinner.
With all that said, he will finally get it done right at a fair price if not for some inefficiency.

Great customer service, very thorough work, and awesome pricing. We needed our entire system replaced and they gave us several options specific to our home and conditions. Not only were they quick and detail-oriented, their quote was better than 3 other local companies.
Do not use this company unless your AC will break only during banking hours. This is Florida, do you really need air conditioning anyways? They have no emergency service and do not even the decency to return a phone call.
