Marius L was the service technician. He was on-time, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Performed routine maintenance by cleaning the coils, clearing the evaporator drain line, and replaced the air filter. Troubleshot the underperforming A/C system and identified the leak source, replaced the defective components, and returned the system to optimal cooling operations. Repeat customer and am very pleased with Abraham AC services, highly recommend!

Excellent service! Besides the reviews online,Claudia was the main reason I chose Abraham AC. I am glad I did! Claudia responded to all of my questions in a timely manner and had great customer service. Dustin was awesome when he came out to do the estimate. Adil and Omar were the ones who installed my new AC. They all answered my (many) questions. They were patient with me as we ran into an unexpected issue, and, once fixed, Omar came back the next day to finish the job. Omar is very professional with exceptional customer service. He did not rush the job and paid special attention to all the details of the installation. I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience with Abraham AC. I cannot recommend this company enough. Very satisfied with the company, they answered my call and sent Shendell out the same day. He was able to get there early and diagnosed the issue and replaced the motor i needed. Will be using them again.

I needed a new HVAC unit. Adam came out to my home on a Friday. He was overly passionate about air conditioners and explained a few things to me. After surveying my unit, he provided my options and pricing. It was affordable so I went with this company. Two technicians came the following Monday and replaced my AC unit, Air handler, and control display. I was overwhelm with having to purchase a new central AC but Abraham AC was friendly, responsive and professional.

I needed pipe cleaned out inside on my A/C. Salesmen said it would cost $700 & ac is old. Best to replace with new. I bought it even tho my ac worked fine. They put a new one in costly & never cleaned the pipe original problem. 2 months later backup problems again. I called them & I still had to pay to have it cleaned. RUN can’t be trusted Salesmen is a CON man.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable about AC and heating in addition to being very gregarious. The tech team this company provided were extremely professional and it was clear they all took pride in their work. Omar is a rock star - very meticulous in installing and testing the unit! The office staff were very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this company.

A/C went out on Father’s Day. Called and they were there within an hour and half. Fixed and cool again.

Adil is great. knows his profession, has a passion for quality work. A rare find. unfortunately the Abraham pricing model for their customer (commercial even thought we are not for profit) is punitive.
