Chris was very informative and helpful with my questions and knowledge of my system. Gave me multiple recommendations as to how to resolve my issues. Definitely using Abraham A/C in the future and hopefully Chris again as my technician.

We contracted Abraham AC and Heating Services to install a new AC system (ductwork, thermostat, AC unit installation) in a home addition we are building. We had several project changes and delays due to the pandemic, supply chain issues, and oopsies that happen in every project. Adam went above and beyond all expectations to work with us and our GC to ensure a successful implementation, even at some expense to his company. His crew were professional and treated our property with respect. Our A/C install was completed today and the unit is up and running perfectly. It was a pleasure doing business with Adam and his crew and I highly recommend this company.

Abraham Air has helped us out on 2 different occasions where we needed immediate service on our AC. They are honest and truly have your best interest in mind. They value your input as a homeowner and do not try to over sell you something you don’t need. The owner is very involved and hands on. He actually came out to our house the first time we called because none of his technicians were available. You won’t find that with the other AC companies in the area. They are knowledgeable and compassionate and will always do what’s best for you. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Chris was friendly, courteous and professional. Diagnosed and did the necessary repairs within the hour. I was notified when he was on his way via text and a follow up phone call letting me know of an approximate time of arrival. I was pleased with the all around service.

I inquired about the history of their company and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The employees seem to be happy within their environment giving me the sense they would go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Everyone I spoke with seemed to have some degree of knowledge of the trade. I would recommend and support this family owned business.

Our a/c just stopped working on a very hot day. We didn't realize it till we thought we were in a sauna. We called Abraham who would have come that day but we asked for the following morning and bright and early, Shendell called to say he'd be there in 45 minutes and there he was, right on time. After spending some time up on our blazing condo roof, we started feeling cooler. Shendell called to say we were fixed and no charge since we were still under a warranty. Fantastic! Prompt, honest, nice, and cool. Highly recommend.

This ia tge first time using Abraham. Their techician Derwayne was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful and has helped make Abraham my go to for AC repair.

Wanted to charge me $500 to blow a clogged line ! Ridiculous! Went to different company charged way less!
