I am thrilled to share my experience with Abraham AC and their exceptional team. From the moment I reached out to them, I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to assist.
They wasted no time in sending a technician to assess the situation. That’s when I had the pleasure of meeting Angel. From start to finish, Angel was an absolute gem. His communication skills were top notch, and he made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. What stood out the most to me was Angel’s, upbeat, personality. He had a positive attitude that made the whole experience even better.
Thanks to Angel & the entire crew at Abraham AC my problem was swiftly remedied.

My high rating is for the technician Steven. It was a difficult issue and he was the second technician. He invested a long time trying to examine and test my system. He was very persistent although the heat inside-out was extreme. Steven was very polite since the beginning, also a great communicator, and a real professional all the time. He really clarified the process should things go wrong in the future. Very honest, knowledgeable, hard worker. A great Company must have more employees like Steven.

Angel was amazing. He was not only 20 minutes early to the appointment, but when we showed him a pamphlet for a discount, (even when it was determined that it must have been old - that was on us, as we haven't organized our papers in months), he *still honored it. (FYI, please ensure your coupons are current.) He finished in only an hour, was super friendly, explained everything in great detail, and was very thorough in discussing costs. Highly...highly recommend.

So I bought the membership with Abraham AC.
I get 2 tune ups a year for free plus a 20 percent discount.

I love the discounts but most importantly the techs they have sent over to my home.
Angel did my tune up and found my compressor blew.
He did all the leg work to have it so we can get that fixed right away.
Steve Sanders has been an amazing person. He was sent to fix the compressor with Angel.

These 2 gentlemen are so professional and break down the process for you and I couldn't have asked any one better.

So now my ac works just in the nick of time for summer heat.

The most important thing is they were on time.

My time is super valuable and I have kids that get out of school at 2 and I work the night shift. So me time is super important.

Also the office was quick to send documents to my condo association.

I want to thank Steven and Angel so much for helping me because I will be requesting them to come back as my maintenance guys.

I just can't say enough about this company and it's employees.

Good respone however was pricey for the service. The part was under warranty but was charged $100 to diagnose problem. $375 + $100 for 1 hour 20 minutes on the job.
Positive note : Abraham A/C was the best price to install new unit in 2020.

Excellent service!! Beau and Paula Kuhberg sold me the ac unit. They spent an hour and a half answering all of my questions. Their knowledge was impressive. And, they were friendly and easy to talk to. I bought my ac because of them.
The guys who installed my ac were also excellent. Cleaned up after themselves and answered my questions. I have been a customer of Abraham AC for over 10 years. I highly recommend them.

We have had Abrahams for 9 years! They have always been professional, friendly, on time, and knowledgeable! I recently had to have a new compressor and they came the next day to complete the job before I was to go out of town! The technician was here till very late at night to finish the install!! VERY pleased with the company all around!!

Steve was great! Although the issue disappeared right before he showed up, he was able to check everything else and explain the possibilities. Confirming that all parts were currently working well and looked to be in good condition was helpful and comforting for the future of my unit. I really appreciated his transparency and articulation of the issue possibilities.

As for the office, there was a little human error with scheduling and assignment to a technician, but I appreciated them being transparent about what happened and getting someone to me in the next 2-hour window.

I would definitely use them again... And ask for Steve!

This is the 3rd mini split unit Abraham has installed for us. Not only is the pricing competitive but the technicians are professional, they answer all of our questions and they clean up after themselves. We now also use Abraham for our maintenance on our central air units and have had excellent experiences.

Add on to my previous review: Christopher did maintenance at 2 of our properties and he was professional, punctual and cleaned up after himself. Great job! 👍🏻

Abraham is simply the best AC company in South Florida. They are prompt courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Steve and Tariq solved my issue quickly and with a lot of care. Just really nice people all around and every time I have them here. It's not exactly cheap but you get what you pay for!
