After signing up for their maintenance program it took them two days to show up the technician called me a liar and almost $500 later I still had no air. Come to find out it did not need the parts he replaced it was just a capacitor on the roof and he crossed my low voltage wiring in the air handler. Would not recommend at all.

My technician, Christopher P., was very knowledgeable and explained everything before starting the system repair and/or maintenance that was needed. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work he has performed.
I’ve used Abraham AC for over a year and they are always responsive, have great customer service and good service pricing.

I am really happy with the work Justin and Jaja did on my new unit. I am also very satisfied with Paula and Beau work from the sales department. I highly recommend this company as they also came fast to install the new unit system.

Had two units installed first week of April. Still no permit, call every week and no one calls back. Called the city and said they haven't even received a permit application. Unlabeled circuit breakers as well. Unacceptable at any price point, but the units at least work.

We highly recommend this company!! Emmy the Office Manager was wonderful and made the entire process seamless!! She followed up on all details and made sure that her team had copies of all paperwork needed to perform work in our condo prior to their arrival. Our condo requires all insurance and licenses to be presented prior to work and she made sure everything was in order and prevented any problems. The team was on time, efficient, professional, explained everything they were doing, laid out protective cover in each room where work was performed and did amazing clean up after all work was completed. We are currently under contract to sell our condo and the buyer has had some health issues with her lungs. We feel assured and confident that she will be moving into a new home where everything running through the AC is totally clean, sanitizes and efficient. I would have given 10 stars if that was possible!

It took two visits, but the second technician, Steve, found the problem that had been perplexing. The A/C would turn off but the fan kept blowing so it never hit its desired temperature and my bill was going up while the room was not getting cold. Steve figured it out.

I just replaced my 13 year old Rheem A/C system and wanted to share my experience with those looking to find a reputable company. After spending a few hours reading reviews, I contacted three companies in my area and met with each to discuss my options and receive my estimates. As soon as I met Adam with Abraham A/C, he helped with my decision on choosing his company not only with his knowledge of my old system as well as my options for a new and better efficient unit, but at a price that was so much more affordable than the other competitors. Three days later I had his two man crew of Omar and Avil at my home with my new unit. From the moment these two gentleman pulled in my driveway to the moment they left after the install, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy any customer could ask for. Since I never like to hover over any work being performed at my home, I would occasionally walk outside to monitor the progress and each time Omar explained what improvements he was implementing at no request of mine that honestly blew me away as you don't find that kind of service anymore. He replaced old original corroded brackets(My house was built in 1965) with new metal framing, filled in any gaps around the new air handler with new fiberglass and sealed everything as well as rerouting some copper piping and overflow tubing that I used to step over to work in my carport. Like I said, all this was done without my request which was an added touch to the professional service and attention to detail I was already receiving. My system is running more smoothly and efficient than the day I moved in. I want to thank Adam, Claudia and especially Omar and Avil for making me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. I will definitely be a returning customer when future service is needed.

My sister had surgery the day prior to my Air Conditioner breaking. I called Abraham and Tyrek Felix came out within the hour to access the issue. Based on his analysis, I needed to replace the 13 year old unit. He was great and explained everything in detail. Another person came out to give me a quote and there was an issue. I was very impressed with how quickly George McPherson (new owner) got involved to resolve the matter! Clearly he is a very good businessman and understands how to keep a customer happy! The very next day Justin and Jahja installed my brand new unit. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would also like to acknowledge Emmy who has been amazing to work with!

We’ve been Abraham AC & Heating Services clients for a long time. Today, Christopher did an amazing job (as usual). He is professional, efficient and courteous. He does our AC maintenance every six months plus always fix our eventual A/C problems. Thanks Christopher!

Excellent My AC was not running and was so warm in the house. Christopher Pierre was on time and explained clearly what was wrong and in minutes had my AC running. Even my Dogs where happy. Was honest. and friendly. I differently will use him again.
