The service technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the problem so I could understand and offered many solutions. He repaired my A/C for minimal cost to me. Very honest and helpful. Best of fall A/C working perfectly 🥰

Our A/C quit working over the weekend, I called Spectrum first thing Monday morning and they had a technician (Jorge) out by mid day that day. They performed a regular maintenance checkup which took care of the problem. Spectrum has been doing our AC for a few years now. Excellent service and skills. Recently we changed our dryer vent cleaning service over to them. Our tech came out yesterday to service both units. He was on time, polite, professional and took the time to really get our vents safe again. He didn't just do his job he resolved some issues important to me and my family during the process. Always impressed with this crew.

We had the most pleasant experience today! The tech was so friendly and helpful. I’m house watching for my parents and beside doing the service on their air conditioner, he heard a smoke detector battery that failed. I found him a replacement and he put it in for me. Since I’m disabled his going up on the ladder was so helpful. He was so friendly. I highly recommend Spectrum for their efficient, friendly service!
