Spectrum Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

I could not be more pleased with the service, particularly that of Randy. Over the years that I have had Spectrum the company has been quick and responsive to any questions or problems. The only slight problem was in the installation of the new unit where Randy and I later saw door framing damaged. I took care of repairing it. No good deal.

Jorge was very professional, personable, polite and articulate. He did a thorough maintenance inspection on our HVAC system in addition to cleaning the air handler and changing the filter. Definitely an asset for Spectrum Air.

Josh was amazing. I had no air and couldn't figure out how. He walked me threw every step and helped me get the ac working. Thank you so much me and my babies will be sleeping comfortably. Your a rock star!!

I’ve used Spectrum lots of times for both home and business. Courteous and prompt. Highly recommended. Most recently I called on a weekend and they helped me troubleshoot a unit and got it working without a service call.

What a delight dealing with Spectrum Air Conditioning....it starts when they answer the phone, calling you back, talking to them on the phone and/or in person, watching their technicians doing their work. I had the service man ,Eli , he was very nice and professional! He took his time and explained things and he was very polite, a very good worker! I appreciated his work so much that I asked for his card and will request him again.

John, the dispatcher, let us know when Rick, the HVAC technician, would be at our home. Rick was on time and quick to diagnose the problem and was able to answer any questions we had about our air conditioning repair. The price of the repair was very reasonable. Jorge Del Rio came out for an after hours trouble call, our A.C System was down. Jorge quickly found the problem, worked very hard to fix the problem and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a good representative for the company.
