I have been having Spectrum service my HVAC for past 2 years and have been so satisfied! Josh , my technician always explained the process in great detail.Since my unit was over 14 years old, I spoke with Josh in December 2018 regarding possibly getting a new unit. I currently live in Maryland and rent my condo in the Winter season! I have wonderful tenants and did not want my HVAC to break down . I have been so fortunate to have Josh look into manufacturers ‘ rebates etc! He called me in May and shared two options with me ! Both were good brands and normally I would have chosen the lesser expensive unit but when I compared everything and found that parts and coils have been upgraded and that the Lennox I purchased was by far the latest advanced technology, including a great warranty and opportunity to extend an additional ten years, plus everything is transferable to a new owner, I got the new and improved Lennox. Spectrum installed everything and Josh programmed my new iPad Thermostat! It is an amazing setup and I have added value to my unit which will set my condo apart from other comparable units on the market when I sell in the next year or even later ! I am so happy with Spectrum HVAC and that I had a knowledgeable person like Josh to honestly guide me through the whole process . He truly cares about his customers! I am certain that Spectrum has exceptional, qualified technicians but personally I feel that Josh is an asset to their company. He builds relationships with his customers and truly looks out for their best interest! I am so grateful that he took the time to research market brands and promotional offers ! I highly recommend Spectrum HVAC and had a wonderful experience! The company owner, Chris was also involved! I have tried other HVAC companies and Spectrum exceeded my expectations ! Thank you Josh for taking the “ sting “ out of purchasing a new HVAC !

Always professional, courteous and clean. We have subscribed to their preventive maintenance service for many years now, have purchased two A/C units and have had our ducts cleaned by Spectrum.

Chris was on time, professional, honest and was able to diagnose the issue of why my air conditioning unit was freezing up he was able to fix the issue. Spectrum always does a great job and keeps my air conditioning system in shape. Bert, who has been here many times before, is friendly and efficient. One time he even climbed a ladder and replaced my smoke alarm battery for me. What a guy!
