I highly recommend Spectrum A/C, they have provided excellent service. They serviced my original system, and installed my new system as well. I have been a client for over 5 years and find them very professional and trustworthy. And the tech Mike was very thorough and courteous.

I’ve used Spectrum since it’s founding for both maintenance and repairs. I have always found them to be straightforward, knowledgeable and reliable. Today’s technician, Jorge, was very personable, capable and patient with my questions and stories. Jorge got things running quickly, filling me in along the way as to what he was doing and checking. I always feel good using Spectrum Air Conditioning.
But o do miss Bert, and of course Stacey.

Spectrum was recommended by someone in my community. I was not happy with the previous A/C companies I had used. I called Spectrum, I was impressed immediately. They are courteous, professional, and prompt. Chris Hussong was the technician I had. He was wonderful. He explained what was going on with the unit and got it back to working order. He could not have been nicer. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this company.

Spectrum provides maintenance under our service contract. Jorge was the technician and he was knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain all aspects of the service call. Jorge was outstanding!

Jorge, arrived on schedule, he was professional in his handling of the service call. Jorge was thorough in his diagnostics of the issue and worked tirelessly for several hours until he had repaired the issue, assuring that my air condition was back in service functioning properly

It was late at night and it was 89° in my mom's apartment behind our house. It was our first time calling spectrum AC. I did not know what to expect because before they came out here we had a different company come out three times for the same thing and kept messing it up and charging us an arm and a leg .
Spectrum AC sent their technician Cody. I don't think there's enough time in the day to tell you how incredible this technician is.
He went over everything with a fine tooth comb , not one complaint and he was very professional. Very informative every step of the way and just when it looked it's darkest he found the problem which most likely was impossible to find because it was a little wire up in the attic.
Along with a few other things that he fixed this little wire probably would have been trouble for the rest of the life of the house.
Cody found it along with some other issues and address them.
Constantly smiling the whole time I never met someone that worked so hard that was so incredibly nice and professional that did such outstanding work!
He had a no give up attitude and like I mentioned earlier went over every little thing with a fine tooth comb.
Here is a great part the company was very very fair with their prices.

I went with Spectrum for my AC swap-out a few years ago and could not be happier with Stacey and his team at Spectrum. Initially, there were a few tweaks that had to be made and they made ensured everything was perfect. Since then, I have had a few maintenance issues that were quickly and professionally resolved. They are a big enough company to get the job done right but also small enough to always remember your name and take great care of you. I always recommend them to everyone that will listen.

This is an honest and very thoughtful company. Starting with Rick at the office and Jeff who came out and helped my mother with her ac problem. Jeff was very professional and explained everything he did in detail.

Have had Spectrum for one year thus far. Extremely professional & knowledgeable. In first month we saw a decrease of $100 on our bill. Very responsive & they take the time to explain all aspects of their product. I highly recommend them! Gentleman that came out today to service our AC, 6 month check-up, was on time, very professional & took the time to explain everything & changed our our filters. Thank you!!
