    Our A/C stopped cooling the house in a late Saturday afternoon. I called them up and they came out right away at a regular service call. Come to find out we had a leak in a unrepairable spot and we needed to replace the whole system. So he got us two quotes to fit most economic up front cost and best warranty with lower overall operating cost. He was able to get us scheduled within a couple days and on top of that the Saturday charge for coming out and putting coolent in went against the new unit. On Wednesday, they showed up on time and started working on putting a new unit in and completed it in one day. They did a excellent job!

    My air conditioning went out and I was about to be stuck all week with no air. Dan and team arranged a same day appointment to see if they could help. Dan was professional, neat and fixed my air the same day at a very reasonable price.
    I will be using them again and for all my AC needs.

    Got home from a trip and walked in a house that was 88 degrees😥😠
    Former ac maintenance company kept putting me off. Called Dan and got to me almost right away. Found the problem quick and got us up and running in not time. Even helped to fix problem from happening again in the future. Extremely professional even grabbed the boot covers to keep the house clean. Gave some great suggestions of how to maintain the system better and offers a maintenance plan that can't be beat. Really took the anxiety out of worrying about my a.c. system off my shoulders and is really in tune to keep his customers mind at ease that he will be there anytime he's needed. Get on his maintenance program. The regular visits seeing him will make you breath a sigh of relief ur in good hands.

    My A/C went down over the weekend and I have a senior dog so I called Able to come out on a Sunday and paid the after hours up charge of $165. They came out, said, oh it's your blower motor but we don't have one of those on the truck, call the office Monday. My wife and I called the office 5 times Monday and kept being told, we are looking for the part and someone will get back to you. It's now Thursday that I'm writing this and still no call back from Able. On Tuesday, I called Dan at Don't Sweat It. He found the part in half an hour and was out in 45 minutes! Call Dan at Don't Sweat It if you need someone who actually wants to take care of you and is not going to screw you.

    Very responsive in providing quote for new AC, very price competitive, took time to explain installation and options. When awarded job highly responsive in getting work done - diligent to do it well. Owner on top of things. Highly recommend.

    Can’t believe their reviews. I tried posting a review of my experience on their customer lobby and was rejected because it was critical and I wasn’t a verified customer. All reviews shown are unrealistically glowing based on my limited experience.

    I spent the last 10 days trying to reach them for an estimate to seal leaky ductwork. Each time I call it gets picked up by a strange Voice prompt stating to press zero for and operator or just hold. That’s the only two options!! You then listen to elevator music before it eventually rings, and rings, and rings. Finally answered by what sounds like a service that knows nothing about the business. You’re asked to leave your contact info and are told a technician will call you back. 10 days later after three such attempts no calls back.

    Apparently my request wasn’t worthy of a return call. So how can one be a verified customer to leave a critical review when they don’t return calls and have a ridiculous telephone system??

    Maybe if I said I wanted and estimate or replacing my whole system it would make a difference.

    I was not an existing customer when I called Don't Sweat It Air & Heat, Inc (catchy name) today at 12:30pm to request service on our central A/C that was not blowing cold air. Dan said he would be here between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. He called at 3:05pm and was here at 3:10pm. He promptly took care of the issue. I found the service to be very personable, professional, and their prices are quite reasonable! Who could ask for more? I'm a customer for life!!!

    Very professional and prompt service. Not only did they respond to my call on the same day when my AC broke but also loaned me a window unit to keep me comfortable until they could order me the new AC and install it. Great service and excellent attention to detail. Call Dan!!
