Don't Sweat It Air and Heat

I was disappointed that the quote I received over the phone for the service I requested was not accurate. I was under the impression that for the price I was quoted, they were going to be replacing both the duct work and the register box but when the technician came out, he said it was only for the one piece of duct work. There was mold on all of it and that was the whole point of replacing it.

We had a very challenging install for a mini-split a/c and heating system on our 2 story home. Dan and Derrick arrived on time and worked as a team for the initial process that required 2 people. Derrick finished the installation with amazing professionalism and knowledge. He even went above and beyond to make the install cleaner and neater looking than we had originally planned. I highly recommend these guys! I'm sure whatever you hire them for will be completed with the same professionalism and courtesy they showed to us. They are seriously a 5 star company!!

Daniel was very helpful in selecting the Amana unit for our home. The unit is very quiet and best of all comes with a lifetime warranty! The price was great and it had two rebates that saved $900.00. They are hardworking, professional and we got a great value for our money. I priced a similar unit last year and they wanted at least $1,800 more. It pays to shop around. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Daniel and his company to anyone who needs A/C.

A good company with which to do business, but perhaps not one to maintain a service relationship. They showed up promptly, did the work conscientiously and competently and displayed reasonableness in their pricing. I commend Mark Aarvig for representing his company well.
They offered a service warranty, however, that they could not honor. I don't know if this was an attempt to do a service warranty with a hidden charge. They tried to collect labor charges after having included labor in their service warranty. I objected to the discrepancy and complained to the BBB and the owner refunded the charge for the warranty that they could not honor.

My dad has lung issues and needs ac. They have always made us a priority. Professional and courteous. I really can't say enough nice things about this company or their employees. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Best AC company I have ever used, and I’m in construction field. Very professional and reliable service and installation.
We were out of town and came back to our air-conditioning being struck by lightning. We were quoted a price for a brand new air conditioning unit and they fulfilled every expectation. Work was done in a timely manner and the installation was very neat and clean. I highly recommend using this company and trust their pricing and quality of work.
