I own Lascola's Building and Remodeling in Melbourne Beach, my A/C condenser decided to give up the ghost on a Wednesday morning, I called the company that services my system, they couldn't get here to take a look untill after noon the next day, that's understandable given how busy everyone in my line of work, but...I figured I would call the guys who have done all of my work being a residential GC as an HVAC sub, as luck would have it, they had a crew nearby and sent them over to look at the issue that afternoon-that's luck. by 9A.M. the next morning I had the quote, I called the office, Chuck the owner answered the phone, answered my questions and when I said "put in the works, when can you get here?" he said worst case Monday. I clicked the option I wanted and they were here on monday before noon, with my A/C up and running within 2 hours. excellant service, on time , and they do what they say with no BS.

Service is always efficient and prompt. Everyone on the staff is always very pleasant and willing to take the time to explain everything. My new AC unit has made me far more comfortable in summer and still saves me around 20 to 30 percent on my electric bill.

It was an emergency repair. I called on a Saturday morning and they called me right back! Joe Thé À/C tech was absolutely phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable,

9-25-21: Coast Air and Heat does a terrific job! During a routine exam of the heat pump, which had been cooling well, the technician discovered that the air handler had been leaking refrigerant and there was only a marginal amount left. He ordered a new part, the office staff determined that the unit was still under a ten-year warranty, and the new part was installed in a few days, with a net amount of only $120 due from us. Great work!!

Coast Air and Heat is reliable, friendly, the technicians and office staff know what they're doing and they don't want all your money to do it.

3-19-22: We have a troublesome heat a/c unit that acted up again this month. Coast Air and Heat cured the problems, more than one, and it cost only $92. Can't beat that! And the office rep, Julie, once again did an excellent job of scheduling appointments and of ordering a necessary repair part, which arrived and was installed in just a few days. She's all over it!! And the house is comfortable again. Great work by Coast Air and Heat.

Coast Air & Heat were definitely amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone seeking an opinion on their AC unit. I was told by many companies I needed a new unit, but when they came out the Technician was very honest and we were able to repair the unit instead of replacing it. Having a medical condition where heat in intolerable they were kind, caring, honest and had my unit working the same day. I am forever grateful for the work they have done and for their honesty as well. It is hard today to find honest a honest, caring company. Would highly recommend.

Called about possible problems and a repair team was scheduled to come out; they showed up as agreed, called b-4 they came and fixed the problem. A particular telling of what kind of employees are working with Coast is the fact that they found a problem with leaking in the water system and called me in Virginia to tell me about it. They then they cut off a valve to the leak and vacuumed up the standing water. Coast will always be my first choice no matter what the issue is--large or small.

I was very impressed of the service I received. Quick response means a lot when you are having problems with the air conditioner in Florida . Peter is a very knowledgeable serviceman. I will definitely use Coast air and heat in the future .

Three professional, knowledgeable, polite men spent the whole day at my home replacing my aging ac air handler, outside unit, drain line, and thermostat. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is shopping for a new AC. The quality of the product is one of the best with a great warranty!
