I'm proud of this business! I have been doing business with Coast Air and Heat since they bought it from a friend of mine. I wanted to give them a couple of years before I wrote a review.
I have to tell you, everything about this business is first class and honest! I have dealings with many AC services and Coast Air is the only one I will ever do business with. I highly recommend them.

Coast Air and Heat has done a great job installing the right equipment and maintaining it over the years at my house. They always give great recommendations on equipment while taking into account cost. Until Coast replaced my main AC unit two years ago, I was never really happy with the multiple companies I had do my AC work in the past. But now, I am an extremely happy customer and have had duct work, LED air purifiers, and maintenance work in addition to AC installation done exclusively by them ever since. They come up with very smart solutions, do outstanding work, and have fair pricing. I couldn't ask for more!

The 2 young men that came were very polite, friendly and professional. They got down to business immediately and corrected the problem. Thank you.

Recently had Coast do extensive warranty work on my 7 year old Bryant condenser unit. Lost A/C on a Thursday night, called them on a very rainy Friday morning after a few hours researching and calling local A/C companies to get someone out to take a look. The owners son was in the area and showed up in just a couple hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. Coast office personnel had a quote, fair and honest, to complete the work, with the parts being covered under Bryant warranty, a few hours after that. Unfortunately, not at any fault of Coast, it was a Friday afternoon by now and they had to scheduled the repair for Monday morning. It was a hot weekend but at least it was cloudy and overcast for most of it and with a bit of an ocean breeze it was bearable. The owner of Coast showed up Monday morning as scheduled and completed the lengthy repair job to my liking, and trust me when I say that because I'm a mechanical engineer with OCD and I'm very particular. He also answered all of my questions and concerns and was just a really friendly and nice guy to have work on my system and I trust the job he did. In fact, everyone I was in contact with at Coast was very friendly and genuinely helpful in getting my A/C back up and running as quickly as possible. I will definitely use and recommend them for future A/C issues. Thanks Coast.

Craig worked through the day to solve the AC problem… a 2 hour job turned into 5 hours… And he still had more jobs to go to. I am so thankful and grateful for his efforts.

Coast Air & Heat performed annual system maintenance on our Trane A/C, air handler & heater for us today. The service personnel were prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The office staff have always been friendly, courteous and accommodating to us. We recommend Coast Air & Heat to others who are needing A/C repairs or replacements.
