these guys are amazing, I called at 8am on a Monday. Told him what was going on, he said check the drain plug. problem fixed. they could have come out charged me a fee but they did the right thing. Amazing!

These guys are really on the ball. They even le me use a portable AC system in my bedroom so I could sleep while the AC was being repaired. Really great people!

Always professional and friendly service. Prompt service, very good communication on arrival time for service calls. Highly recommend!

The were very kind and fast to fix the problem. When he used the hose outside, he got the carport wet where I had some cabinets I was going to use in my laundry room but when they got wet, it messed them up. They were pressed wood cabinets.

Kept me informed of what was going and how long it would take to fix. Very professional, cleaned up after they finished.

Waited months for a quote after an estimate. Then was told wouldn’t be able to do it since it was a small job. Not a good way of doing business.

Stephen welcomed my questions and gave thorough information. They were mindful of my rug and flooring (work area was covered with drop cloth). And, they clean up after the job!!! Would absolutely recommend them!!!!!

After calling 4 companies, 1 of which would not attempt my duct replacement, I got 3 estimates. Coast Air & Heat was the only company that did not try to price me for "worst case" scenario. They were only one of two that I felt confident could do the job. Their estimate was extremely reasonable, they got the job done quickly & without any issues and they did not try to up-sell me on anything I didn't want or need. I was honestly so impressed with the job they did considering the extremely cramped area they had to work with. They have earned my future business.

I got very lucky with getting immediate service for my A/C. I called at 4:45 pm on a Friday. The lady on the phone was so helpful and said she could dispatch someone who is still in the area. When the repair man came within 30 minutes of my call, he fixed the problem immediately. He was very kind and respectful. I am now enjoying cool air again. I highly recommend them and will use them again!
