Great response time. Very professional

Coast installed an AC unit on 6/16/17. We were happy with the install and the value we received and no issues whatsoever. Our 1 year maintenance follow-up happened today 8/17/20 after over 3 years due to a roofing accident that had displaced us from our home for over 2 years. After fighting insurance companies and dealing with slow contractor schedules for the last 2 plus years we just moved back home. We called Coast Air & Heat and they handled our "1 year" service/maintenance today. They have been in touch with us since the accident and were very professional handling our unique situation. Paul and Remy showed up on time today and handled everything professionally and answered all of my questions. Great service. 5 Stars!

Have used Coast Air and Heat for over 25 years. Great small company with courteous and professional employees and great owners. Wouldn't use anyone else for my AC work in town.

Very nice professional young men troubleshot the issue on the condenser and advised me there was a leak in a valve near the compressor. Although they could not fix it today I will arrange to have them fix it in the very near future.

Coastal Air and Heat responsed to my call first thing the next morning. The technician arrived promptly, and even assisted me in taking the wall covering off and on. He examined things thoroughly, and showed me areas of my AC that needed service. He also advised me on ways I can help maintain my AC system. Great service!
