Extremely please we decided to have our AC replaced with Blue Star Air Conditioning. Sanjay the owner, kept us updated on every step of the process. We wanted to stay with Trane. Out of several quotes, Sanjay came in at the middle and was the only one who was Trane certified. The AC technicians arrived on time, were professional, and personable. They readily answered our questions. Sanjay showed up several times during the day to make sure the install was going smoothly. We were very impressed by this. Sanjay and his team saved the day! Was in a no-cooling situation and within 2 days of initial contact the team got me up and cooling with a new system.
