When Blue Star Air Conditioning came out to bid on a new a/c installation it was not a tech or sales rep that came - it was the owner of the company Sanjay that arrived. He proved to be professional & highly knowledgeable and did not try to sell me things I did not need. The quote was one of the best & the company used only high quality products.
I was very impressed with the crew who arrived on time, they were courteous and diligently worked to complete the job, when finished everything was immaculate.

The technicians were knowledgeable. They cleaned the coil, added a needed shutoff floater valve for the drainage condensate and added much needed insulation to the refrigerant lines that were left exposed by the previous occupant of the house. I liked the fact that they explained everything clearly, did not try to scam me into doing unnecessary work and went above and beyond by doing some additional fixes for me and explaining how to keep my system maintained. I highly recommend them.

My 20 years old system decided to quit working on a Saturday morning. I called Blue Star and spoke with Sanjay. He sent a tech to me in a couple of hours but unfortunately found the compressor broken. Although it can be repaired with a replacement compressor (not cheap), I decided it is time to have a brand new system. Sanjay recommended a new system and sent a team to install it. The techs are top notch and professional. The new system works wonderful. It is rare these days that a company delivers great service (especially maintenance\contractors type work) but Blue Star scores A+. Thank you Blue Star for keeping my house cool !

The best experience I’ve ever had with a service company. I finally feel like I’ve found a company that I can trust and that isn’t trying to take advantage of me or screw me over. Their prices are fair and they explain everything in great detail while going above and beyond. Louie was the best. My indoor and outdoor unit look better than they did when they were new after he was done. I’m so glad I found Blue Star! Highly recommend to everyone!

Today we had our second service appointment from Blue Star Air Conditioning and once again they were excellent in every way. Last time they went above and beyond, so when both of our units started not working properly, we called them immediately. They found the issues quickly and had the replacement parts in the truck. Within a couple of hours, both units were up and running again. Before he left, Reggie, the technician, checked and found a line blockage issue that had nothing to do with the main repair. In just a few minutes he resolved that issue as well and explained how to maintain the lines monthly so they stay open. We are very grateful to Blue Star Air Conditioning for their excellent service and attention!

Came and did an awesome job, installed my Nest Thermostats, did maintenance on my AC Units, very honest and reasonably priced.

I have reached out to Sanjay after the AC stopped working after a thunderstorm. He was prompt to schedule an appointment for the same day. Younes and Kyle were the technicians that came on site. They are very knowledgeable and identified them he issue very quickly. They also patiently addressed other concerns we had with the A/C system.
