My fridge was not cooling nor freezing on a Saturday. I called and Omari came out that late afternoon- fixed the problem. It required a new compressor which he had in his vehicle. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. Professional and polite. Thank you so much . Would definitely recommend this repair service!

Fridge not getting cold. Omar came within the window given. A part was ordered. By the next day the part came and Omar returned to finish the job. 2 days was all it took. No food lost. So glad i called this company. Cost was very reasonable. Thanks Omar!

My refrigerator deli drawer was broken, and my freezer wasn’t working at its top capacity. I had tried another company, but without success. Omar responded to my call, arrived on time for assessment of situation, shared info and need. After two visits with repairs, my KitchenAid refrigerator and freezer are performing perfectly- drawer repaired, freezer keeping ice cream hard, ice maker producing ice - all is well with refrigerator.
Omar’s Strengths: knowledgeable, does what he says and in a timely manner, affordable, responds to all telephone calls/messages left, courteous, respectful. I will definitely call him again should I have another appliance issue. Thank you, Omar, we so appreciate your work.

Omar came to repair my iced up refrigerator Used shoe covers and wore a mask the entire time he was working. Explained the problem and gave us options on the repair. Faulty sensor was replaced and the fridge is running great.

So our fridge went capoot and our freezer wasn’t making ice or getting cold and the fridge wasn’t cold. So I had to look for someone to come out and fix it, cause I don’t want my food going bad. So I called Sacramento Appliances Solutions off of Marconi Avenue here in Sacramento and they were very nice on the phone and in person.
Omar was very personable and nice and wore a mask the whole time as well and fixed the motor of the fan right then and there.
If you need your fridge, washer, dryer, heating and air fixed, I recommend calling them and will most likely come out the same day.

Omar is a rockstar and he is very great at its job and super professional and great personality You also fixed our freezer, A while back so he has become our main guy for fixing our appliances. He fixed our oven element and made sure our stove top burners were all working and with that he pulled out the entire oven to make sure all the wiring and voltage was good and I’m very blessed for that and he got the part within two days after I ordered the wrong one but thankfully he was able to order the correct one and put it in and also put in the racks to the oven as I am disabled and cannot lift those so that was very appreciative of him .Thank you so much again you’re the man

Nick was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable with our purchase of a washing machine. We explained what we needed and about what we could afford and he showed us a couple of different options to choose from. He also gave us info about each option so we could decide easier. He was very professional and made our experience there enjoyable. We had a rough week trying to find a washer and ended up getting scammed. This store is priced right and has more than just one washer to choose from. I would highly recommend them.

It took 2 visits to get to the real cause of the problems with my fridge, but in the end I got the repairs needed to stop the icing and clear up the error with my ice/water dispenser.
I got a second appointment within 24 hours of my calling in the new issues. Since the first visit missed the issue Sac Appliance was kind enough to refund me the cost.

Omar was able to come out the same day to fix our washer! He was very professional and had the parts on hand. Thank you for your services!

I called serval before them and either no one available, come next day or next two days or a "leave a message". My refrigerator/freezer was already getting warm when I noticed. They came out fast and got the job done fast. Lost some food but not all. Thank goodness for SAS. I will definitely call them when I am in need of any appliance repair. DEV
