AC Repair - HVAC Pro BlueStar - ORLANDO LONGWOOD

Blue star came recommended as top dealer for new a/c from trane website.. I got 3 quotes from 3 different dealers that were recommended by trane and did a contract with blue star. Sanjay came out for initial consult to look at the job and clear any doubts that arose from other quotes and estimates. My original trane system lasted me 31 years and was still working. Decided to go with new system to get efficiency and good air quality with 5 inch filter.. sanjay and his team jose( lead teck) did a great job and finished whole job in 1 day..services much appreciated.

Younes from Bluestar came promptly, was very polite, and serviced both of my HVAC units. He both explained and showed me how things worked. No sales pressure to purchase additional products.

I had a new heat pump system installed and everything was great! I had multiple companies provide quotes , and try to sell units that were not right for my needs. Sanjay was very knowledgeable about his products and gave the pros and cons of the different systems. His install team lead by Eddie were professional, and did an amazing job. I just replaced three (3) 18 year old Trane units. Mr Sanjay, BlueStar owner, provided me a great quote, compared to his competitors. I was a bit nervous, having 3 AC units replaced at once. Wondering, what type of service or quality of work I would receive. Mr Sanjay assured me everything would be of high standards and according to code. The technicians, Jose, Israel, and Louie, arrival was very prompt. The removal and installation required two days. The technicians were very professional and answered any questions I had while performing their job. To my surprise, Mr Sanjay was on location both days to check on things. Something you don't see from owners. I was quite pleased with the work performed. I highly recommend BlueStar.

Blue Star Air Conditioning was excellent from start to finish. Sanjay was knowledgeable and provided multiple options and did not try to steer my decision toward any one unit. He explained the differences and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. After I decided on a system, Sanjay worked hard to acquire the unit for me, going to lengths others would not. Others gave me an ambiguous wait time of 4 to 12 weeks knowing I have no ac! Ariel and Jose installed the unit days after I agreed and although it was a tougher job (12 hrs!) They remained professional and got it done. Last night my family slept in a controlled temp environment for the first time in 2 weeks. I will continue to do business with Blue Star in the future. Sanjay and his team were just great all around. Thanks guys!

Blue Star helped me on an AC unit replacement at my house. The service was very professional and was done on-time. A team of 4 technicians came to my house for installation and I think all the team members were very skillful, they all came out with a plan and executed the installation process end to end without an issue.The owner of the company Sanjay him selves came to check the installation to see if everything was installed correctly and guide his team on changes. Overall I am very satisfied with their service.

They came out provided a proposal & got to work very quickly. I was treated with attention & honesty throughout the process which i appreciated a lot. They worked with me on the permit & after the work was done we had the Inspector from City of Orlando come, approve the work & complimented Blue Star on the great work.
