B & B AC is a total scam. They charged me $4200 to put new AC in and after researching it, I should not have paid more than $2000-$3000 for the service. Way overpriced and not to be trusted. They won’t even give me a receipt showing how much I was charged so I could use it for tax purposes. Now I know why. They keep saying it is in the mail but I have not received anything after asking for weeks. Do your homework first, unlike me, and hire a company that can be trusted. This is not it

I called b&b because my A/C went out. Matt came out and repaired the problem, he stayed until the job was done. I am so impressed with them. I've used them on several occasions and has not been disappointed in the service or price. I would highly recommend them and will refer them to my family and friends. Definitely a 5 star company!!!!
Perfect storm. Friday 2PM and A/C goes out and now it's 95° in the LR. After a bad start due to phone# typo, Brandon appeared first thing on Sat AM. Diagnosis in 10 minutes, fixed in 20. He was polite and professional. Not our first time with B&B. Sure it won't be our last.
This is the second time I needed service on my ac in the last 4 years. I have used B&B both times for service, I was very impressed to see Mathew from the first service. I have felt very comfortable with this company taking care of my air conditioning with great prices and honest work from this family owned company, I would highly recommend them. They will be my go to service company from now on. Thanks Frank and Mathew for taking care of me!!
We were having trouble with our A/C so we contact B&B Cool Air our of Leigh High, FL. Their technician came out several times to evaluate and fix the issue. 3 months, the issue was resolved, but they didn't document any of the visits. They kept trying to send more technicians out to service our unit despite it already being fixed. It felt as if they were trying to milk the issue for as much money as they could.
Either that or they are just so disorganized that they can't keep track of their customers.
They also lied to my property management company and landlord throughout the process.
0/10 would not recommend - I've opened a case with the BBB.
Also, Mary (their phone operator) is just about as unprofessional as they come.
Top notch! Booked an A/C service a couple of days ago. Max turned up this afternoon, introduced himself and asked if there were any issues with the A/C. Told him no and off he went to perform the service. He was very thorough and during his check, he found that the compressor unit outside had a faulty capacitor and re-checked that there were no issues with the operation of the A/C which I confirmed that there were none. He duly changed the capacitor and set up his wet vac to clean the drip line from the inside air handler whilst he then removed the cover from the air handler to check that. He found that, although operational, the capacitor in there was almost end of life and changed that for me too. I asked Max how I could keep the outside unit clean and he showed me how to remove the breaker then hose down the coils to get rid of the debris that falls in there from vegetation to bugs and dead lizards! So a full service, a bit of tuition and new capacitors all for $145! Am I pleased? You bet. Will I use B & B Cool Air again? Oh yes!!! Thanks Max and thanks to all of the staff at B & B Cool Air. Damn fine company to deal with :)
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They were asked to wear masks and gloves, said no problem then showed up with neither. Installed a brand new ac unit for thousands of dollars and then when they came back to do the inspection( which was just supposed to be to take video) tore apart my ac handler and then said if they didn't stay all day to fix it, the ac would stop working soon. You might save yourself a couple of hundred dollars, but you'll end up spending thousands extra to fix their shotty repair. Don't be fooled by their fake reviews, they are a truly awful company!!!
