Raphael did a great job. He performed a very thorough and professional inspection and maintenance of our HVAC system.

Came down to our condo and had no AC . The next day we had someone come and fix the problem. Very polite and was very reasonable to repair . Highly recommend

Tech came out to look at my unit on time and professional. Knowing that I would likely need a new unit I got a price far below what I expected. On the day of installation I was informed of when the crew would be here and they were. Fast friendly service and happily explained the new thermostat! 10/10 experience!!

I paid them 89.99 for them to tell me it would be $3.5k plus some maybe. I had just bought the home like I told them and evap coil had just been fixed so they were probably under warranty so I'll let u know. Thx for the financing options. Found my warranty called them trv valve locked up. $700. Done. I definitely deserve my 89.99 to look at it fee

Rickie the technician was 5+ STARS ******.
In May of 2022 we were charged $105.00 to clean the blower fan in our Mitsubishi mini split.
After Ian I called to have blower fan cleaned again, was asked if it was an emergency, I said no. Was told someone would be out next day. Technician arrived confirmed it needed cleaned said he could not clean it do to emergencies but had to charge us for a service call! $60.00!!
They dispatched a technician to tell me they could do the work now and charged me for a service call?????
Mind you I said it was not an emergency.

I called to complain and was told they would credit the $60 towards an actual blower fan cleaning. So 5 months later a blower fan cleaning costs $375.00-$60.00=$315.00

No parts
300% increase
I think I was gouged in the wallet

This company is absolutely Horrible!! The gentleman they sent out was not only Incredibly unprofessional and not on time, He Quoted my elderly mom things that She did not even need to get repaired !!! They are nothing but thief’s, Liars and prey on the elderly !!!

Do not use them or you will be over paying and end up unhappy!

Even one star is too much for this company!
