My unit was leaking refrigerant. Keng followed a process to find the leak and presented my options. He arrived quickly and solved the issue. We have used his services for 3 years now and he is the best AC person we have ever worked with.

I can’t stress enough the difference between Frontline Services ACHR and the many other companies I’ve used over the years. I mean no disrespect to a couple that actually did a fair job. However, Keng presents the very definition of respect for his customers!

First, my single package central ac unit is 20+ years old. Second, I know a few things about how to service an ac unit, but Keng didn’t know that when he arrived. This man is a TRUE professional! I watched him and talked while he worked. I also left him alone and watched from inside without him knowing it. He serviced my unit as if it were his very own.

Being a 22 year old unit, he told me what to watch and listen for that might save me from serious issues. I know there are dozens of companies out there. However, NO ONE but Keng and Frontline Services will be doing any HVAC work for me in the future. Stop looking for a company to trust. Stop getting caught up in all the hype by others. Keng and his company are the ONLY one you’ll ever need while you sleep comfortably at night knowing you've gotten GREAT service and GREAT rates on whatever your needs. I don't normally leave reviews but with the level of service I received from this company, I felt compelled: I will say with complete honesty and no exaggeration that it was THE BEST service I have EVER received from a home improvement/repair company. Beyond just an A/C company, better than any company to ever do any kind of service on my home! Keng w/ Frontline Services was polite, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable; with all these adjectives at a 5-star level! He showed up at my home 30 minutes after calling! He was able to install a new complete AC system the very NEXT DAY! Did an Incredible job, he really pays attention to detail, which I appreciate because so do I. Never tried to up-sell me what so ever, in fact his quote was over 1k less than two others I got and he even threw things in for free. Not one bad thing to say from the entire transaction. I promise you will not find better than Frontline Services.

Keng and the Frontline team are amazing! They were on time and very well organized using text and email to keep me informed of arrival times and status. The job was completed per plan and involved some troubleshooting and what I consider going above and beyond. Overall a great experience. Honest and hard working and very customer service oriented. I am recommending Frontline!!

Keng does a great job and made sure that all was working good before he left. Great professional service. Added a vent in garage so I’m the only one on the block with AC garage.

Clay was early, very professional, explained everything to me and showed an interest in my husband's memorabilia. Very friendly and I enjoyed his visit.

We were recommended Keng at Frontline by a neighbor. We have an older system that we were really trying to prolong for another year and Keng came and did a full tune-up. He did not try to up-sell anything and was very honest about the things that were not working correctly. I was thrilled with the level of customer service and will definitely call him for all of our future needs. He even sent us some estimates for when we are ready to upgrade. Also, he uses a great email/app system that lets you know when he is on the way, let you know when service is complete, sends you pictures of everything, and generates the invoice for you. It was really great to have peace of mind and find a trustworthy company!

I have been using Frontline Services for my AC maintenance and repair needs for a few years now. They are always responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Recently, my AC unit completely died on a Saturday (in the middle of the Florida summer) and Frontline came out the next day to investigate. They had the needed replacement parts on hand and were able to repair it immediately.

Keng at Frontline is Fantastic. He helped me with a replacement of an Evaporator Coil that's was leaking refrigerant and got it covered under manufacture warranty. I got text alerts confirming appointments and before arriving. He gave me an honest diagnostic and physically pointing out the issue. He is friendly and professional, very informative, and all concerns were answered asap. He came highly recommended by a co worker of mine and I highly recommend everyone to give him a call first.

Keng showed up to do preventative maintenance on my a.c that he installed last year. No problems with my unit and it was just a service call charge. Great company to buy your new unit or to have an old one serviced. Friendly owner and his technicians.
