Ours was an emergency service. They were able to schedule us for next day service. Keng was very nice and professional. He explained everything, showed me what was wrong and made sure eberything was in perfect running order before he left. I would.definitely, recommend this company to my friends. Great value too

Clay was very professional. He arrived on schedule and did a thorough and complete inspection.

No doubt about it- Keng is the absolute best a/c tech around; no one else will ever service my HVAC system! He knows what he is doing and he gets it done right the first time! It doesn't matter when I call him- he comes out as quick as he can and gets us up and running the same day. Do yourself a favor- call Keng for all your HVAC needs and save yourself the hassle of dealing with rude, unreliable, dishonest service techs.

Keng is awesome! Called him in the evening to schedule for next day and he was here 30 minutes after I called. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I certainly will! Honest, reliable and great prices.

Update to add that Keng is still awesome and I would still recommend him to anyone! I trust his work, his opinion on services needed, and I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if I could not be there. Pinellas County residents are very lucky to have Keng operating a business here.

We had a wonderful experience with Keng and Frontline Services. We were in a time crunch and they were able to come by and give us a quote with 1 days notice and then replace the AC a few days later before we had to leave for an extended period. The price was much better than other companies who we received quotes from and Keng and his team were on time, polite, organized and left the house extremely clean after the work was done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for AC services.

Outstanding service and pricing. As a real estate agent I've had Keng and his guys work dozens of jobs for both myself and my clients. He has yet to disappoint, Frontline Services provides their clients with consistent and timely updates from pre-arrival to job completion via text and email and more importantly they follow through every time. This gives his clients complete peace of mind throughout. Professional, thorough, well-managed!

3rd time I have had Frontline services out to the house. Kang came to do a year check up on the AC, he was professional and courteous. He clean the outside unit and the inside unit, checked the freon. He was very thorough. I would call him again next time I need my ac looked at.

Ken was very thorough and professional. He got my parts under warranty so I only paid for labor to repair a major leak in my system.

Quick to respond and fast service! Very much appreciated and hopefully this takes care of the high electric bills and funky noise!

Called Keng on my way to the office because the AC was not turning on at all. He was able to come by within 2 hours of my call. He not only fixed the main problem but did a quick inspection and showed me multiple things that needed to be fixed. The quote was immediate and fairly priced and they were able to do all of the work the same day! Highly recommend!
