Keng is very professional and responsive. He responded to my request very quickly despite being busy to come out to look into the condenser while we are waiting on the new unit to arrive.

I had Frontline Services replace all of my ductwork a couple years ago and Keng and his team did a superb job. When the inspector came to sign off the permit he said it was one of the nicest installs he's seen. This visit was because of a clogged condensation drain, I tried a few times to clean it but was unsuccessful. Frontline arrived within 10min of their scheduled time and had my AC back working in about an hour. Very professional and friendly, a pleasure to work with.
