I am new to the area and the AC equipment in my house looked old and caused me concern. Springer Brothers came highly recommended to me by my realtor. They have been extremely helpful, friendly, quick, and professional. I totally trust them, their work, and equipment. I am thankful now that I can face my first hot Florida Summer without having to worry about keeping my new home comfortable. I would highly recommend Springer Brothers to anyone.

Awesome company to do business with! Professional and courteous staff answered all of our questions, and the install team did a fantastic job getting our new system up and running. Hey, we live in Florida. Sooner of later you are going to need these guys to help you out and cool you down. Joe Springer and his team of qualified HVAC professionals came to the rescue. We had a few other companies come out and they couldn't fix the issue. We ended up needing a complete system after our air handler kept freezing up. While were waiting for the new system install, our air handler fan motor completely gave out. Joe sent a tech to our house with two portable AC units. He then sent another tech out to fix the motor temporarily so we would have air conditioning before the new install would be complete. Our unit was limping along as it was almost 13 years old (R22 Coolant). The repair would have cost more than it would have been worth. I would gladly recommend Springer Bros. Air Conditioning and heating for there attention to detail and great customer service.

Chad G and the installation team were great to work with. Chad provided me many options based on good/better/best for me to make an informed decision.

The installation crew was thorough on the job and respectful to the inside/outside of our home. All the staff was very knowledgable on the units and devices.

A few weeks back, I called Springer Bros. out. System worked great, just wanted a basic maintenance service. Everything seemed to go fine, until the next day when the system quit blowing cold for some reason. Called them back out, and they tell me it's the fan motor. Seemed like it was working perfectly before, but okay... Day or two later, my system quit working yet again. Called them back out, yet again.. They tell me yet another expensive part has failed. This time the "defrost board"

At this point, I was growing suspicious, my system that was working great before, had become a complete basket case for no apparent reason!! So, I refused, sent them packing, and called out an independent HVAC contractor. He came, he found the system to be suspiciously low on refrigerant. He topped it up, said everything looked good otherwise (no new defrost board needed), and he was on his way... I've waited a few months before writing this review to be sure. And yes, it's been working flawlessly again, ever since I got rid of Springer Bros.

Now, the way I figure, my interactions with Springer Bros went one of two ways.
(1), the techs they sent were grossly incompetent, and somehow didn't seem to notice that they left the system incorrectly charged. (doubtful).... Or.
(2) Deliberately dishonest actions which are much less forgivable...

I know which one I think it is, and I almost feel like calling 8 on your side!! But instead, I suppose I'll settle for this review. Hoping that it might save at least one other person from being sold expensive, unnecessary HVAC parts. Or perhaps a whole new system!! Which is probably what they were working up to... Why do I even have to leave 1 star? There should be a zero star option.

Springer Brothers has been great to us and provided customer service that is far superior than anything I have seen from any business. While on vacation our a/c went out and Springer Brothers came out to our house without hesitation to fix our problem while we were still out of town. We have referred them to my in laws who have bought multiple units from them and are extremely happy they chose Springer Brothers as well.

knowledgeable and professional technician. Luis was our technician and he took the time to explain all the tests and services that he going to complete. The service we received today was so impressive that we signed a maintenance contract were they come out every 6 months and service our heat and air conditioner. Quality without Compromise.

We had Springer Bros. come out to clean our system and install a new thermostat. The thermostat they recommended was well worth it. I am now able to control everything directly from my phone. You can keep it on a set schedule so the home is not cooling unnecessarily during the day when no one is home. If you want to turn the air down in the middle of the night you can just reach for your phone and turn it down. They were prompt, polite, and presentable. A class act that will be used time and time again!
