Unbelievable I have a warranty on my ac it started messing up. Someone came out looked at it and switched a wire to “bypass” the motor while a new board came in. $75 charge for a 10 minute visit. Plus they want to charge me $250 for a board that cost $68 through the actual ac maker. Oh also that was over two months ago and still no one has contacted me to replace the bad part. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!!!
The original install of our house's wiring was done incorrectly and was popping circuit breakers. Kyle and Blake from Air Assault came out the very next day and did a fantastic job correcting our problem. They were very courteous and professional.
Steven and dalton did an amazing job! I called air assault a week or two ago hoping they’d help me with my system because it wouldn’t turn on. Not only were they on time but they did an amazing job. There was no hesitation when I asked them to check something. Steven was very polite and answered questions I had. I will be using air assault for my future AC and heating problems!
Air assault has serviced and saved us several times over the years! Today I made that dreadful call saying our air was out. I described the problem, he suggested the drain plug was clogged, he told me exactly what to do (step by step in terms I could understand) I did exactly what he said and now I am sitting in a cool house. Thank you for your prompt customer service. We will always call Air Assault!
Apartment managers... PLEASE stay away from this company. I had a new unit put in my apartment on September 5th, on September 25th, I came home from work and my apartment smelled like fire. They left a live wire in my AC unit that ccould've caused a electrical fire!!! Not only that, now they are telling me that I had a leak and was out of.refrigerant How is at possible the unit was brand new. Horrible company. Their HVACS are incompetent. My apartment complex needs to find better Ac contractors. Never use this company. I've also made a complaint to the better buisness Bureau.
Let me begin by saying that they don't know anything about customer service. We purchased a new mobile home in June 2016 they had this company install the new ac unit. We have had now ac 2x already the unit is under warranty and when we called them the first time on a Sunday and spoke with Kevin and he said he would go to the office and call us back we never heard back then finally we got ahold of him 4 hrs later he stated they don't do warranty work on the weekends, so on Monday they sent 2 techs out they stated the fuse inside the unit was blown and it was leaking freon. And then sent me a bill and it was warranty work 2 weeks later same issue sent the same techs out they communicated with someone on the phone telling them what to do then determined it was blower motor and it needed to be ordered it would take 7 days to get the part , we called our certified tech we had used on our previous home and within 10 minutes was told it was a blown transformer inside unit within 20 minutes unit was repaired also found unit was wired wrong. called air assault back and Michelle was just as rude . We let them know and not one apology for misdiagnosis. I believe they need to hire actual CERTIFIED HVAC TECHS.
We called on Monday morning to schedule to have our AC maintenance completed. The earliest time we could get was for that afternoon. I was told by the receptionist that they would arrive in the afternoon and I would get a call before they arrived. At 4:00 that day, no one had arrived. I called to inquire. The receptionist was very rude, telling me "they are really busy" but "someone in en route." No one ever arrived. My husband called Tuesday. The receptionist told him that our house had never been put on the schedule. We rescheduled for Wednesday (today). I called this afternoon to inquire as to an eta. The receptionist asked me "They haven't arrived yet?" and then stated "I could wring those idiots necks." She then told me "I doubt anyone can do it today" and offered to give me other AC companies numbers. I declined and opted for a HomeAdvisor quote. I supposed I can't rate the actual service completed by this company because we can't actually get anyone here to do the work. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. We will never use this company again. I already have another appointment with a different company off Home Advisor.
I called on a Saturday and they were very helpful and quick to respond to my air conditioning going out. I appreciate their professional attitudes and quick service. Lee was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to any one who needs air conditioning repair. In the future when my old unit wears out completely I will surely purchase from them. Thanks for your help.
Fantastic experience with Air Assault. My air wasn't blowing cold as of 8/29/14....I called Air Assault ....They came out the next morning( They would have come out the night I called, however we were in the middle of a very bad lighting storm). On 8/30/14 Air Assault came out.....Very fast and friendly service. It was nice to have a Honest A/C company come out and not try to up sale you on everything. My air was working again in just 15 mins!
Hello, i have always had a fear about calling AC companies. I have heard so many horror stories about being overcharged and less then great service. I had AC problems over the weekend and Kevin got my system up and running in no time and was very reasonably priced. I will be a loyal customer forever!!!
