    Awful costumer service. The lady hung up on me. I have a warranty they won't come fix my ac unit with out charging me a $75 fee just to look at it. It's 2, years old. We had to call them out last year too because it stopped working. I don't have heat in my house it's 39 degrees out. My house is 64 and dropping but they don't care. All they care about is money.

    My upstairs A/C broke and a coworker suggested that I give Air Assault a call. I called them and they told me that I would have to wait for two days and that Kevin would be out between 2 and 5 pm...we had just had a storm in the area and I figured that all surrounding A/C companies would have a similar wait for a technician. Two days later, I took off half a day (I have a long commute) and waited. At five o'clock I called them and asked if Kevin was still coming out. I was told that they would call him. They then told me that he was still on a call in Winter Haven but would try to get out to my house, and that he works until seven. Otherwise, they said, he would try to come out in the morning. I asked them to please make sure he had my cell phone number and for him to call me back, just to let me know if he would be able to make it that night or the next morning. I waited until seven, and heard nothing. I tried to call Kevin's work cell phone (which I got from my coworker) and he didn't pick up, so I left him a message. The next morning, I called the office at 7 am, and I guess it was forwarded to Kevin, who picked up. I explained to him that I had taken off time from work the previous day, and explained that I had called the office, what they told me, and told him that no one had called me back to let me know what was going on. Kevin told me that the office opened at 8, and that he was "trying to get these guys out the door" (I'm assuming his kids), and that he would call me back. Being a reasonable man, I told him that I would absolutely let him go, but was eagerly awaiting his phone call as I had a four month old at home and my A/C was out. Kevin never called back. I waited a couple hours and called the office again (having called my boss and taken more time off of work, because I had been told the previous afternoon by the office that Kevin would be out at my house the next morning if he was unable to make it the first night). The office told me at that point that Kevin was busy with an installation all morning and that he would come out sometime between 2 and 5 pm. I explained again what had happened the day before, but was assured that he would be out at my house between 2 and 5 pm. So, having rescheduled the appointment, I called a couple other places to see if someone could come out earlier, but with no luck. So, at that point, I waited for Kevin to show up. By five o'clock, still no sign of Kevin. Still, no word from either him or the rest of the company. I tried calling the office; no answer. I tried calling Kevin's work cell; no answer. I immediately called a different A/C company in the area, received an immediate response, and this completely different company rode out at first light the next morning and fixed my A/C quickly, efficiently, and economically. I then called Air Assault and informed them of my dissatisfaction, told them of my situation, and said that I did not need their services. All I heard from the receptionist was "ok, hun". No apology, no explanation: nothing other than "ok, hun." The only thing that I received from Air Assault, was frustration and 13 fewer hours of annual leave from my place of employment. Please, save yourself this sort of frustration and don't try to give Air Assault your business. They refused to let me give them mine.

    Called after hours and Spoke with Kevin and he said he wouldn't be able to come out until the next day. He had me try a couple things and after a few calls back and forth I was able to fix the problem. Kevin was very determined and willing to help me after hours. Awesome service and didn't charge for trouble shooting after hours. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Things were great on install a year and a half later parts in the unit go bad, tech said the part would be ordered Monday. A week later I am told by the office the part wasn't ordered someone didn't relay a message to order it, and we were forgot about.

    Very responsive and very informative concerning HVAC systems. They always explain the issue in detail and and offer different solutions to fix an issue. I was so impressed I also purchased a new unit too!

    One of the worst displays of AC knowledge I've ever seen. Their incompetence has cost me over a grand and my AC still isn't fixed. Here's a tip management if you're reading this; answer the phone during office hours or hire someone who can. I will never use this company again.

    Poor sloppy work. The technicians disconnected our DirecTV connection in the attic to 2 rooms, as well as the power to one room and left it like that. They unplugged all that stuff to fit their stuff but left it all disconnected!! . They also only put foam in the garage opening but no foam on the pipe that goes to the outdoors.

    Kevin and they guys at Air Assault Air Conditioning and Heating in Lakeland have been really great to work with. They really know their stuff when it comes to Air Conditioning, HVAC, AC Air Conditioning, and Heating Systems & Repair work. If you live in the Lakeland, Florida area, I would defiantly give them a call the next time you need Air Conditioning Repair or Heating Repair of any kind.

    After 7 weeks they finally brought AC out hooked it up and left. Only problem is they hooked it up BACKWARDS, cool air coming out of the intake not vents on ceiling. This company and its people are worthless!!!

    Had Air Assault install new Pinnacle Air Conditioner. Great experience. Kevin and his guys did a efficient quality install.
