I heard about Dan from some coworkers and I am so glad I called. Showed up on the same day as when I called. Assuming I needed a whole new unit based on what other ac techs told me Sean showed up and found the issue to be minimal and gave me a fair price to fix it. He also did not try to sell me another unit and assured me the unit was fully capable of meeting my homes needs. As honest as they come.

Dan came out to check our AC air handler after another company had told us we needed to have it replaced. He was responsive and prompt and found none of the issues the other company reported. Not only did he save us lots of money on a new unit we did not need, he has gained our business going forward! If you need AC work done, look no further.

I have used Dan three times.. twice for my personal unit and more recently for a business.

Very honest and friendly. Was told by other companies the units would need to be replaced. Dan and his crew came out, found the problems and fixed them -- obviously at the fraction of the cost of a new unit. When the time comes for us to actually need new units, I will definately be calling Dan.

Dan is a great guy. Shoots straight and doesn't try to talk you into something you don't need. He replaced a unit in our office in less than a day and it was not an easy job. The air handler was in the ceiling and the condenser was on top of a 2 story roof. Highly recommended. In fact I am calling him today to check (possibly replace) another unit. Thanks Dan!

I am very satisfied with the service I received. They responded promptly when my air conditioning went out me, on a Sunday of course. They had my new unit in place early afternoon next day. Techs where very polite and efficient. Thank you so much for such great service.

Very Solid. Installed new unit. Fair and competitive. 2 years later leak in coil. They covered under warranty with a fair service fee. Continue to be honest and professional. Rare find in Southeast Florida.

Just used Dan Olson's AC Services for the first time for an AC tune up and everything went great. Doug was very polite and explained well everything I had questions on. He was done in about 30 minutes.

This guy is incredibly rude and has the worst customer service. Came to my house with a attitude, check my AC. Said nothing was wrong. Wouldn’t listen to anything I was telling them in how the AC system was working. 3 days later my AC crashed at my house and when I called him back he was so aggressive and said homes shouldn’t be cooler than 76 degrees. Do yourself a favor. Get a real HVAC repair man. Don’t use this company

I wanted to provide some insight to anyone looking to use Olson's Air Conditioning (Find Another Company). We contacted Olson's air conditioning in July of 2012 to check our air conditioning unit and provide summer maintenance. Our air conditioner was a older unit but worked well enough and we had no previous problems with it's use.

Dan Olson' AC came out and inspected the unit and stated that it was old and on it's last leg and we should consider a new unit, as the unit was older and not so energy efficient we thought it was a good idea to replace it with a newer model Ruud unit so we agreed to do so. Since the new unit was replaced Dan Olson's AC has had to come to service it no less then 14 times, and that does not include a recall on the unit where Dan Olson's AC had to change a part as per the Manufacturer that paid Dan Olson's another $500.00 plus for service.

Our AC unit still is not working correctly and as per Olson's AC the problem is the drain pipe which they state they did not install so its not their problem. It's funny that we never had an issue with our old unit with draining, and couple that with the fact that Olson's AC cut our drain pipe to add a sensor that has not worked correctly and in fact the last service man used duck tape to hold it in place because it was seated wrong. Also note that I have been charged for service calls for this same problem multiple times.

At this point Dan Olson's AC dose not even return phone calls so I have been forced to contact Ruud directly to see if they can help us get this unit running the right way. Bottom line is Dan Olson' AC does not stand by their work period.
