I have been Dan's operations manager for the last few years. Although I might seem biased, I feel that I am able to leave an objective review. I actually used to be one of Dan's customers before I worked for him, and he was one of my customers while I worked for an HVAC supply store. I managed that supply store for a few years and all of the local AC contractors were my customers, so I have first-hand experience dealing with many different AC companies. Dan's company is as honest as they get! We have a great team, from the office to the field, and we make it a priority to make sure our customers are taken care of and that the job is completed the right way. We also have very competitive pricing for service repairs and installations. It's very difficult in the service industry to find somebody who is going to do right by you, and Dan has built his whole company around doing that. If you want a company that is going to always be straightforward with you, always try to fix your unit first before replacing it, always give you their best professional recommendation and keep your best interest in mind, a company that doesn't employ salesmen but trained qualified and even Nate certified technicians, then you have found the right place!

We had an issue with our heat today. We called and within 2 hours Sean was here. He diagnosed and fixed our issue and the heat was back on in 10 minutes. It was a simple fuse and we appreciated their honesty. Every interaction we had with Dan Olson's AC Services was extremely pleasant. The customer service rep was friendly and did her best to schedule us in a timely manner. She said she would call back to confirm a time, and followed through that same day. Grant came to our home (on time) and after thoroughly inspecting the unit, he informed us one of the issues was that the fan was incorrectly wired. 3 service technicians worked on the unit before him and NONE of them knew this! Not only was Grant professional and polite, he was highly knowledgable and genuinely cared to help us. Thank you!

Our AC kept freezing up. We had several other companies come out to take a look. Each time the companies just added more Freon and wrote us a bill. Within days, weeks, months, the problem came back. So frustrating!

We decided to call Olson Air (based on a recommendation) & someone came out within a few hours to take a look. He, Grant, found the problem immediately. The unit was under the 5 year warranty & their office did all of the work to secure the parts.

Competitive pricing, attention to detail, friendly/fast service! We will use them from now on. Hopefully not soon though, as they fixed our AC. It’s working like new.

Air Conditioning goes out 2 am .... with the family working from home it was "essential to be working" They came out same day. The technician was patient, knowledgeable and awesome.. he made the repair looked over everything and did a great job! It could have not gone any better!!!!!! Great company! 100% satisfied every time. They installed my new A/c unit in 2014 and since then they come twice a year for service. And every time something comes up they are there for us. Great communication in the office and amazing technicians. Very honest when it comes to pricing.

These guys have been working on my air conditioning for the last 3 to 5 years. The owner himself had one point come out just to give me some advice because he was in the area. They're always timely reasonably priced and honest.
