Friendly, Honest customer Service! I got an estimate, financing, and a full install of a brand new unit in less than 24 hours. I've already been told by multiple people that the price I got my unit for is fantastic! I am so grateful to Dan and his staff(Brendan,Mario-Install, Cristina-Finance, and Dan himself for going above and beyond in customer service. The install was handled with great care, pride in workmanship, and attention to detail. Cristina in finance stayed after hours to call me and complete the financing process so that I could get an install the next morning. The entire process, from start to finish, was an exceptional customer service experience. This is a small business that South Florida can be very proud of!!

Had a blown compressor they came out first thing in the morning got us a new unit and installed the same day. Excellent service they rtried everything before to make sure it wasn't an easy fix. Then followed up after the install to make sure we were happy. They do treat you like a friend.

After receiving multiple quotes for a replacement AC system, from a couple companies in the area, we had Dan out on the recommendation of a local homeowners group. The literal Dan Olson came out to do the quote which was a very nice gesture and made us feel like valued customers, for just the quote. We also felt like his was the most fair and he did not try to push less useful add-ons or systems.

Working with Christina on the payment and logistics side at the office was a dream from a customer service standpoint, she was incredibly nice and helpful. Guiding us through selecting a unit and working with schedules and payments was simple and easy.

Dan and his team were ontime for the install and completed the work in a very timely manner. Brendan was very helpful in showing us everything and was a really nice guy.

We feel very lucky we got that last quote and will be using their services again in the future for as long as we are in the area.

I first used Dan Olson’s AC when I was selling my house about 2 years ago, referred by my Realtor, Brooke Waszak. When I bought my new condo, they kept my AC going for over a year, when it desperately needed replacing. I quoted 5 companies and had some special requests with my new unit and duct work. Their quote was competitive, the service was professional, and the final invoice had no surprises. A team showed up to knock out the tough job. Thank you Dan, Christina, and the Dan Olson team.

Dan Olson A/C is an outstanding company. We recently had them install a new Air Conditioner in our condo. The Project Manager Grant was very professional and thorough. He listened to our concerns and made sure we purchased the best unit. The installers did a outstanding job. They were polite and neat. The office staff was very pleasant. One came to check out the job before it began and Grant returned after the completion to check out the system before the Town inspector came. I highly recommend Dan Olson. I have used Dan Olson’s AC Services Inc. for over three years. When my wife and I returned from our honeymoon, our AC broke; I knew that I needed a new AC, so I called Dan. When he got to the house, I told him I wanted a new AC compressor and handler. He asked me why. He said my handler was a really good Lennox and wasn’t that old. I told him that I wanted my AC on 410a Freon, not the obsolete R-22. He told me I only needed a compressor, and that he could convert my handler to 410a for much cheaper than a new unit. In addition, he told me that my broken unit was too big for my house, and sold me a 2.5 ton unit, and tuned the oversized handler to match the new unit. This optimized my AC, and reduced my energy usage. Dan could have sold me a new 3-ton compressor and handler, but being an honest man, he sold me what I needed. I have called on Dan to maintain my AC since then.

Last week, my AC started to struggle. After ruling out clogged drain lines and frozen coils, I called Dan Olson for a service call. Breanna put me in for the earliest appointment available (2 days), but called me a few minutes later and said she had a cancelled appointment. Doug came to my house within an hour. He took one look at my compressor, saw the oil, and said it was most likely a Freon leak. He confirmed his suspicions with a detection tool, contacted Christina to change out the coil under warranty, then recharged the unit to get me through a few days until the new coil arrived. Christina called me the next day and said that COVID-19 had disrupted the distribution of the coil, but she was able to honor the warranty by switching out the entire compressor with the current model. Doug and Sean showed up the next day, and changed out my unit. I asked Doug and Sean if I should consider changing out my ten-year-old handler yet, and they both said no. This company had several chances to sell me stuff that I didn’t need and have consistently been honest. I really appreciate a company who values their customers, and doesn’t sell them things they don’t need. When I call Dan Olson’s AC Services Inc., a real person answers the phone, and I know from experience that I am getting quality service at a reasonable rate. Thank you for being such a wonderful and honest company.

I've been searching for a reliable A/C company and I believe that vacancy has been fulfilled. Dan came out to our house for a tune-up before the summer months to make sure things were running efficiently. I was quite impressed with his attention to detail. Great service, great pricing, personable, and most importantly honest. I hope I don't have to contact him anytime soon but if my A/C is on the fritz, I know who to call.

These guys are the real deal. I originally used a family friend to install a new AC unit and it was a very poor job. I was recommended these guys and they are very professional. Fixed the installation perfectly at a very reasonable price. I've met Dan, Brenden, Grant, Mario, Tony and they're all as friendly as they come. I also use them to clear my drain lines occasionally.
