Dan and team are truly amazing! Came and fixed the AC approaching a holiday weekend and made sure my mom unit was working by fitting us into the schedule when the unit broke. He is knowledgable and cares about his clients. Highly recommend.

So happy we selected Dan Olson's team to perform our AC service! We're new to the area and although there are literally hundreds of service providers to choose from we had no idea who to call! Highly recommended. Dan insisted on trying to help me over the phone in case I could fix the issue with his guidance. Once we established I needed an in person assessment, he came the next day, identified and fixed the problem, then provided an estimate for a cooling solution for a separate part of the house. Don't hesitate to call this company. Kind, friendly, honest people.

What a wonderful word it would be if all businesses ran like this one. My 1st call to them was for the thermostat reading 84 when it is always set to 76. From the time I called to the time they came out and fixed the problem, it was under 1 hr. You read that right! They were honest and fair. We had them out again for a full tune up. They said it's time to start considering a new unit. We knew we were on borrowed time. The system is 22 y.o. The person who did the tune up last year gave us the heads up then. That person previously installed a new thermostat and charged us triple the Amazon price. That's why that guy didn't get called to put the new a.c. in and Dan Olson's got the call. They came highly recommended and now we wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. Treat people right and they will be loyal customers for life. They are doing it right. So glad we found Dan Olson's AC Service!
