Service was exceptional! Leo took the time to help my set up the thermostat and also help me diagnose other AC issues I was having, saving me a lot of money!

Amazing customer service! We have a vacation rental in Kissimmee and when our housekeeper in between guests to inform me the a/c was frozen I panicked. In less than 2 hours they fixed our a/c and the new guests were able to continue their vacation. Thank You!

On May 25th 2018 my Air Condition was not cooling enough and I tried search on Google Professional A/C guy and I saw " AC HOME LLC " 225 review with 5 star. I was big surprised because I never saw 225 review with all 5 star. so, I called right away and Leo he pick up phone and asked me address and he showed up after an hour check and told me need replace Compressor. then he asked me I still have warranty for that ? I said no. because I thought it was only 5 years warranty and it already expire. then evening I remember 5 years ago when I bought brand new A/C I did online registered for special 10 years warranty. then next day I called him again and said may be I still have Warranty. then he checked and found I still have Warranty. then he get new compressor and replaced and fixed next day with free brand new compressor with his service charge. I was very happy and I highly recommend to all others who need A/C repair or help. thank you Leo. John
