Diagnosed my AC and replaced the capacitor in less than 30 min. Cost, service, and communication were on point. I would definitely recommend.

It’s almost impossible to get a technician to come out within 48 hours. My home warranty company could not find anyone for at least another week. I found AC Home on Google and they arrived less than an hour after I called, fixed my unit and help to assist with getting a refund from my warranty company. Leo was fast and efficient!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE of this GUY! Especially if you live in POINCIANA! Very Fishy, I had my doubts about him when he arrived I should of trusted my instincts. I made an appointment yesterday 8/2/2022 with "Leo" to come out to my house because the AC stop working,, After checking the Thermostat he told me that the AC is not the problem it was the thermostat and a fuse that needed replacing. Total Charge was $370.00, I paid this person cash after the job was done and before he left he said everything is good. 40 Minutes after he left the unit stop working absolutely no AIR! I called him and he told me that he cannot return today because he had already left POINCIANA. Being that I totally disagree with this I insisted that he return to complete the job and he refused. He also added that he would return half of the money. My conclusion to all of this is, he knew that the job wasn't finished before he left and the reason why he didn't want to finish the job before he left was because he had already quoted me a price and because my AC unit is under warranty for parts he would be out the money for the parts In my opinion he had all planned out not to mention if I would of let him return tomorrow that would of given him a chance to charge another service fee.

Great experience! Was able to get out to deal with our dead AC in an hour, had parts on hand and even was able to speak a bit to our guests in Portuguese to let them know what was going on. HIGHLY recommend!

Leo is the best! We called a larger company that couldn't come out until almost a week from now. Leo showed up within 2 hours of us calling and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Pricing was extremely fair and Leo has amazing customer service. I will recommend to anyone!

On Friday I called AC Home to fix my heat pump. He came to my house for an evening call, $150 fee. The coil was iced over. Said there is a refrigerant leak. $400 to refill the 410a refrigerant and $160 to find the leak. $710 total. Said we need to replace the leaky coil, but it’s not available for my 2 year old unit. Says a new air handler is $3,200. (Note that the manufacturer still sells my unit new, so parts are probably available) I noticed he had also ripped out my new air filter and didn’t replace it.

DelAir came out today, $99 fee. Says AC Home had overcharged the refrigerant in the unit and bypassed the drain overflow safety switch. No leaks found. The expansion valve is bad, must order part. Installation will be expensive, but not nearly as much as a new unit.

Update: DelAir replaced the TXV (part available!), pulled a vacuum (NO LEAKS!), and the AC works fine! Saved thousands by NOT using AC Home.

I can’t say enough praise for the work AC Home LLC delivers. Every time I’m stuck in a bind Leo comes to the rescue !!! He is very fair in pricing, explains clearly what the parts are for and briefly why it’s important. As a woman, I’m always concerned I’m going taken advantage but he has consistently delivers quality work, reasonable prices and responds timely. I have used him for years and recommend him highly for being honest and hard working family man. You won’t be dissatisfied. I promise !

We noticed the AC was not cooling down our home and knew we had to call someone. After some research and the wonderful reviews written here, we decided to give AC Home LLC a call. Leo was able to fit us into his schedule the same day and managed to get our AC working again within a half hour of being in our home (which was fabulous, especially with this summer heat). He is knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, and doesn't offer services you don't need! He even gave us a few tips to keep our AC running smoothly :)
