Awesome service! They came out and looked at what needed to be done and what unit I needed and they were back out the next day installing my air conditioner! I live about 1.5 hours from them and they did all of this! They gave me a great deal and were courteous! I will continue to use them for all of my air conditioning needs. I will also be referring them to everyone I know!

Sorry, I'm continuing my review. I used another company because I had a coupon from one of the coupon magazines and quickly learned it was just a bait and switch. Howard Services came out and not only quickly diagnosed the problem, but they were about $500 cheaper than the "coupon company".

Now to this year...I am in the process of selling my house and the people who are buying our house had a home inspection done and it said the A/C unit was not performing at optimal temperature. I called Howard Service and one of their techs, Scott, was out here in about two hours and I told him about the inspection and said let me guess... and told me exactly what my home inspection said. For a great price, Scott thoroughly went through my unit and ran several diagnostic tests and gave me a detailed work sheet and went over it twice (I can be kind of slow sometimes, Ha!) Now the future homeowner not only has reassurance that the A/C is working at its optimal performance, but they now have the contact name of the best AND MOST HONEST AND RELIABLE A/C company in Jacksonville, because they are moving here from Georgia.

I work for Nordstrom Inc. and Howard Services maintains and performs the preventitive care on our Trane units as well as our Compressed Air Dryer We partnered with Howard Services over 10 years ago and they have always taken care of us with the up most professionalism. Their quality, efficiency and honesty is top notch and we look forward continuing our relationship for years to come.

Howard Services responds very quickly any time we have called with an AC issue. However, because of the regular servicing that is done, we rarely have to call. We appreciate their great service and courteous customer service.

Had a guest/tenant tell me the AC was out. Called howard and they came out right Turns out the guest didn't know to work it. Howard didn't charge us for the service call. My wife and I will definitely go to them in the future. Very honest company.

Apparently it’s common practice with this company to pump refrigerant into a system without doing any follow up inside the home. Before leaving he was sure to mention that a leak detection was needed and someone would contact me. There was no follow up call. When attempting to correct this over the phone originally I was blown off and no surprise that is the same method they took later. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Their technicians are trained to service as many people as possible per day to simply generate cash flow. How can someone just simply call themselves a service company without doing any work, checkups, or service inside the home. Customer beware of this crooked company.

Florida has been such a draggg as far as AC goes in my house especially with my not so friendly ventilation that I have installed in my house. My AC went out starting in the downstairs of my home about a month ago & I had a technician come out and do an inspection on the unit. Our tech, Evan, had the problem fixed within 35 minutes that’s with lunch! Haha next time it’s on us EVAN! 😜

The guy was nice enough but it was $250 to clean out the condensation line and that is all he did! didn't clean the coil or anything this was literally just to suck out the condensation line! Really guys, all he did was suck it out with a vacuum! Won't call them again, very overpriced. I had the same thing done by a different company and it was only $89! Absolutely ridiculous
