We recently started working with Howard Services on our Commercial Properties that we manage. They have been a great, professional team to work with and are competitively priced. They did a great job and communicated along the way, which was very important. We will certainly continue using them.

Howard Services has service my A/C system for years. They have always been responsive and professional with every call. Their residential technicians are helpful and efficient. Whether an emergency or a service call I would highly recommend this company.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Howard Heating and Air. Adam W was very humble and professional. He listened to the issue and got to work diagnosing the issue right away (unlike some who waste time just to run the bill up). He not only figured out the issue promptly, but explained it very well to me. He also seemed budget conscious, which I greatly appreciate in a field where most aren’t! He found parts within our budget and got our AC up to par within the day, even fixing faulty work done by the original installer. It actually works better now than it ever has!

I woke up this morning and my AC wasn't working! July in Florida, YIKES!!! I called Howard Services and they were here super fast and the service was excellent. My house didn't even have time to get hot. I would highly recommend Howard Services for your HVAC needs. Thanks Matt for saving the day!!

Howard Services does it again!! Everyone from Brittany in the office to Adam the service tech are the best!! Adam was more than helpful explaining what he found and what it took to fix it. Clean, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend them!!

RIP OFF! The other reviews sound like the friends and family version and not real customers. We recently had Howard Services come out for to service an ac that was not working. They simply don't know what they are doing! After 2 hours they finally replaced the thermostat with a cheap honeywell. This fixed the problem but their charge was $478.54!

Service was on time and very professional. Technician Matthew was excellent-he explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Howard Services for any A/C Work.

Cant speak highly enough of this company. We just bought a new condo and the AC was pretty much shot. Stuart Caron went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed, great financing option (interest free). the whole thing took less than an hour via emails and it gets installed in 2 days time. Thats service! thank you.
