COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT LIARS!! Misdiagnosed a $1,000 problem, never ordered the part they thought we needed but didn't. Told us we needed a new evaporator coil when the tech missed a gaping hole in a copper pipe which is visible as soon as the panel is removed. We SUFFERED FOR OVER A WEEK IN 100+ HEAT INDEX WEATHER DUE THEIR INEXPERIENCE AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE! We had it fixed today by a REPUTABLE COMPANY for a few hundred dollars. COMPLETELY USELESS!!! AVOID!!!
